  Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. The Spa was beautiful, the setting is lovely and the staff did everything they could to make us happy. Gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Ski shop excellent too.   We loved everything about our stay. We were warmly greeted by the front staff upon arrival and whenever passing by the desk. Our room was ample in space with a large sitting area, double closet and two room bath (toilet is a separate room). We also had a balcony that overlooked the Swartzsee.   Hotel was conveniently located next to the old town restaurants, shops, etc. The breakfast was very nice. There was parking nearby, although there was an additional charge for use of the lot. Internet worked ok, but was on an open network. The staff was very friendly and helpful in recommending local restaurants. - Staff is really well working an... what people say » d professional. We had some problems while staying and each time the reception staff was very helpful, kind and did their best to make our stay a pleasure. I enjoyed the restaurant team, a lot. The guys were not intrusive, but always near when you need something.
