  The owner is a good friend of ours so a bottle of wine was waiting for us. We joined other guests on the veranda for drinks in the evening - most enjoyable. We even had BBC to watch Wimbledon! - Great place and good value. Breakfast was great and the staff was polite. Art on the walls was interesting.

  We loved everything about our stay. We were warmly greeted by the front staff upon arrival and whenever passing by the desk. Our room was ample in space with a large sitting area, double closet and two room bath (toilet is a separate room). We also had a balcony that overlooked the Swartzsee.   No complaints here - had a very pleasant saty - highly recommended. Did a 4 day Easter ski trip. The Hotel was clean and had all the basic amenities (internet was fast which was great because had to work), the Entrasser family friendly and helpful and the location very good for Kitzbuhel skiing (free car parking a bonus). Overall, fantastic value ... what people say » for money. - Klaus (the owner) knows all about skiing in Kitzbuhel and is very keen to share the information with his guests. The skiing area is great.   From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and this set the standard for the entire two weeks we stayed. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts who were beyond kind, helpful and generous and they certainly enhanced our holiday.
