  The hotel staff (family run) were very friendly and helpful and knew what customer service was all about, they personally showed us to our room and helped carry our luggage and made us feel really welcome.   We got the 2 bedroom apartment which was found to be spacious, nicely decorated with all the required equipment and extremely clean. The owner, Karin, was very helpful and assisting.   This is a paradise for children! In the garden swimming pool, trambulin, slider, table tennis, and many more toys, quads for free and in the house there's a play-room for the kids with table soccer, darts, billiard table and many books ang games (in germana language). Silent, peaceful area, right next to the ski lifts (but we stayed there in the s... what people say » ummer, so we just enjoyed the nature and the cycling, walking, etc.) My husband also enjoyed the free wifi. :-)
