The hotel staff (family run) were very friendly and helpful and knew what customer service was all about, they personally showed us to our room and helped carry our luggage and made us feel really welcome. Parking was really easy and the location was very relaxing. The breakfast was good enough and we were frequently asked if everything was ok. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, many things to do (sports).

By car: From the North: - Drive via Munich - Rosenheim - Salzburg. - Near Salzburg take the A10 Tauern motorway towards Villach, 70 km South of Salzburg. - Take the exit Flachau and pass the first roundabout (straight ahead). - Continue for about 500 metres until you come to the second roundabout. - Take the 3/4 exit and you have arrived. From the South: - Drive via Udine - Villach. - In Villach take the A10 Tauern motorway towards Salzburg about 100 km in the North of Villach. - Take the exit Flachau. Then follow directions as above.
