  It was one of the best stays I ever had in any of the appartment-type hotels. They offer a great variety of activities for children. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. - Rooms were wonderful. Food was great. Beautiful location. Staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. A GREAT hotel!

  The hotel is pretty good. It's location is perfect with quick access to both lifts in Bad Gastein and in other towns by bus (bus stop is 5 min walking distance). The personnel is exceptionally good and supportive with attention to all guest's wishes - The staff are helpful. The rooms are good, but it depends which you get.   It has a nice view to the Bad Gastein valley. The fog in the early mornings is beautiful. You will find that the owner (a nice lady) makes great marmalade and jam from different kind of berries.

The staff were very friendly & informative of the town & surrounding area providing a great & varied breakfast daily. We spent twelve nights here & were sorry to leave.
