The hotel is pretty good. It's location is perfect with quick access to both lifts in Bad Gastein and in other towns by bus (bus stop is 5 min walking distance). The personnel is exceptionally good and supportive with attention to all guest's wishes. The staff are helpful. The rooms are good, but it depends which you get. There are a really small rooms but on the other side you can get a big room. In the second floor are more modern rooms. We have tried both of them.
