Perfect hotel for the gastein valley! Right next to the jr. ski school and less than a block from the lifts. Less than a 5 minute walk from food and 10 minute walk from the spa-pool. We have stayed at the Oesterreichischer Hof on many occasions and we like the family atmosphere of this hotel, their friendliness and efficiency and the excellent home cooking. A very important aspect is the direct access to the Therme Spa. We shall certainly continue to go back there. -

Excellent location with very easy access to Alpentherme (less than 5 minutes walk!). There are numerous restaurants, cafes and shops in the area.Our appartament was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Great views! The breakfast was tasty. The staff speak English and was professional, friendly and helpful. Free internet was good.
