Pretty much everything. The staff speaks fluent English and satsfied all my needs, answered all the questions. We stayed in a family room for 1 night due to our early morning flight.
This hotel was ok for that purpose. The shuttle bus to the airport was a
perfect option. We paid eur 18 for all 4 of us. Alternative would be to
walk 10 minutes to the station and take s7 for eur 7 in total. So it was
worth to pay a bit more for the comfort.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful! The room was very new, modern and clean. We just loved our room :) Fast free wi-fi was great, too. The hotel is just around the exit of the highway and is located near tram stations, so very good access to the city. It was also great that the hotel has free parking spot, which helped us a lot! The hotel is conveniently located: the U3 is quite close and it takes you directly to the first district. Moreover, I was able to go jogging in Prater every day! The staff is friendly, the food is awesome and the room was as clean as a pin... I LOVED it.

close. Metro station is a bit far from the hotel and it is recommended
to use the bus 74a that goes to Veinna Mitte every 7-8 minutes, and
