The hotel staff were extremely friendly. The location was really good and if you're feeling super lazy you can pay 44 dollars for a week long pass for all the public transport in the city centre. The staff worked really hard to try and keep the place clean, shame that was ruined five minutes later by some disgustingly filthy people!. We stayed one night and it was perfect for what we needed. The room was clean, sheets were suppiled, we were able to buy towels, cafe had nightly deals. Showers were hot.

Failure to bring a passport or photo ID for check in will result in being refused to check in and the cancellation fees will still apply. No name changes or transfer of accommodation once the booking has been made. Please note that Elephant Backpacker does not accept payments with American Express and Diners Club credit cards. Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that children under 18 years cannot be accommodated in dormitory rooms, only in private rooms. If you wish to book a dormitory for guests under the age of 18 you must book all beds in the dorm and a responsible adult must be present in the room. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to share a dormitory with other guests not as part of their booking. Please note that when 2 or more beds are booked there is no guarantee that the guest will be in the same dormitory room. Please note that for security reasons, the property cannot accept any changes to guest names after bookings are confirmed. Please note that towels are not provided, you must bring your own.
