Clean linen.
The double bed even though expected a single. and the shower in the room, even though i expected to use the common shower. Both were old and kind of dribbled.
I also liked the price.

Kichen smells.
This place is old. It has some dodgy wiring, and the toilet cubicles are really small. However, for the price i was expecting worse. Its not dirty either, but due to the age it kind of looks it. Just built up stains in the carpet and so on.
Windows did not close with busy road outside. Web site/staff advised free tea/coffee. No cups! Also free bread and rice, neither were available.

Being un-informed about what I needed to prepare during my stay. If
rates were higher with better perks and cleaner environment, I
wouldn't mind paying extra for that. If a public phone could be made
available.
This place was a pit. At least the sheets were clean, but the bathrooms were disgusting with mold and always out of toilet paper.

The furniture is even worse than I imagined,the painting is old,and
everything is without any taste.
The room was not secure at all anyone could enter my room by climbing out ithe female bathroom window and then climbing into my room as the windows were open and could not be closed. Of course i still had to pay for the night's accommodation,even though i checked out within 1hour of checking in.
Shower facilities in the room were covered in mould.

Dryer in laundry and shower in communal facilities were out of order.
Common room was filthy and strewn with rubbish on most days.
I booked a double room with shower, tv and fridge. No tv or fridge, shower was shoddy. Staff didn't care even though I had the confirmation email showing the room contents.
No WiFi. it was so scary at night when some random drunk guys came to our room and knocked endlessly for 30 mins. there was no any staff to help nor interphone.
Cockroaches in the bedroom.

description! We ve been there in winter and the room was ice cold (16
degrees) and moist! The bathroom was horrible, very fragile! The common
toilets were more than disgusting! So dirty! We didnt use the kitchen
and free food because the kitchen was also really dirty! For that price
it almost ruined our stay in Sydney!so do better not book this! Slepping
under harbour bridge is better!.

Your info about the accomodation in this place on the internet was highly misgiving. Please stop such practice , else the world would know it soon. There are lots and lots of decent accommodations in the same area in the same cost. Why do you recommend this place without getting tpo know the details.
Didn't get my deposit back as the check- out only opened at 7am
however we needed to leave for a flight at 6am. There was a number to
call but had a message to only call in an emergency!! The ceilings were
moldy, people still drinking when we left in the morning and were loud.
Fireworks were being let off and no staff on site to control it. Utter
rubbish! We booked a flight early to leave.
Poor facilities, noisy, gross bathrooms.
