Helpful, friendly staff who were genuinely interested in us and our comfort. What a treat to have soft music playing when we entered our apartment. The furnishing were particularly comfortable - especially the bed. We were given a friendly welcome on our arrival.We were lucky to be upgraded to a 2bdr appartment which was very clean and quite spacious with a lovely balcony with views over the beach and pool area.

A great apartment with wonderful views, excellent facilities & friendly, helpful staff. Extra touches such as music playing on arrival were much appreciated. Great view along the coast and seafront from the wrap around balcony, walking distance to shops and uncover parking. 3 bedroom apartment was clean and spacious. Small steps up/down that tripped us up a coupl of times - into room and between the lift area and the pool access door. Spa not warm. Sauna not working and no instruction signs. The spaces in the garages are quite tight so if your going to hire a car, go for a smaller one. Nothing :). Some features, especially furnishings, looked tired and worn. Room safe was faulty and unable to be used for the duration of our 1 week stay. Master bedroom ensuite and 2nd bathroom both a bit "tired" and in need of renovation (e.g. shower screen sliding door was missing the bottom track guide). Nothing. Traffic - noisy and busy. intersection. Squeezed car spaces. Paying for the internet and pool towel. We used the internet at the office and it was very slow and wasn't hooked up to a printer which made it hard when it came time to go to underwater world. Hard bed. Nothing. The road noise and the car park. Our park was small and difficult to get in and out of and to make matters worse, we had a 4WD parked next to us which was parked right on the line as the parks are quite small. Rooms slightly dated (but probably reasonable given price). Majority of rooms face onto Buderim Ave and get no sun, this made sitting on balcony very cold! Reception had very strong dog/cat smell when walking through in mornings (a little unpleasant)! It did improve as day went on with door open. The bedding was dirty and stained. These are only little things but were annoying...the seal on the freezer didn't seal, the toilet roll holder keep falling off the wall and all the lights didn't work. It was disappointing for the money we paid. Cleaning products used in hotel were extremely strong when it comes to smell. Used in lift and rooms. Can be overwhelming and uncomfortable..
