I like the fact that they put us up in a room with the view of the beach and the room was very clean and organised. The facilities and utensils are well kept and clean. The spa was gorgeous. It was a lovely room and the staff were very friendly and professional. The view from our room was amazing. We were on a corner room and could see mountains and the beach. The kitchen facilities were great, everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Toiletries in the bathroom were really great.

The hotel had everything we needed and more, it was central to all amenities. The staff were helpful & polite when we required assistance. WE were there for our 37th wedding anniversary. We found the accommodation pretty good. Hopefully we can afford another trip there soon. We have stayed at the Mantra Mooloolaba a number of times & found the whole experience very enjoyable. Able to walk to restaurants for meals,to start of marathon, beach and shopping. The view is excellent. comfort,relaxed style,site,beach and walking paths,staff,ease of entry and check in,loverly and clean. I like that we were close to the beach and the food area. Lots of cafes and reataurants. The room was big and nice. It had a hughe terrace which was connected to the pool area. everything we only stayed one night but would definitly make our stay longer next time. Location, view , shopping and restaurants near by. The bed was two single beds put together to make one big bed. It was very uncomfotable for me and my husband especially when we want to cuddle. It's like we were sleeping in two separate beds, coz I'm at one end and he was on the other. The pillows were very lumpy and the selection of them was all the same. We took a while to get the tv chanels to work. Also would have been nice to have access to a tv program guide if even basic. The room was nice but starting to get a wee bit old/used looking - before long could do with a spruce up - paint, tiles cleaned etc. For the price we paid for 7 nights it really needed a service at least once. nothing. The lifts take ages. Can't think of anything. All great. Nothing at all. The noise from the street at nightime. The smell in the carpark. Part view of the ocean. Funny drain like smell near toilet. The shower which had an open window to the living room was a little bit strange; I was staying alone so that didn't matter to me. Having to leave. telly to small and the weather (but thats not the hotels fault not enough info in the rooms of whats around to do. Too much light in bedroom at night. trafic niose,echoing hallways. I didn't like that you could hear every bit of noise from the other rooms, showers, people walking around etc. and having to wait nearly 10 mins for the elevator as it kept picking people up on the floors below and taking them down until it finally came and got up. seems to just go to the nearest floor and go down again. No Foxtel/pay TV available in the bedroom area to enable movie watching in that area. TV Channels did not mirror lounge area. the noise from ventilation was so loud, we didnt sleep well during the night. The beds were very uncomfortable (hard). No foxtel... It was there but it would have been nice to be told it was currently unavailable. Nothing. Holiday wasnt long enough lol. The walls of the room were very grubby. A bit of a heads up on how to use the key card. Having to go home. Room being next to rubbish chute disposal as very noisy by both cleaners and guests. not enough lounges by the pool. The tv reception was poor and the remotes didn't seem to operate the pay tv options well. Cant fault mantra. Wasn't anything I didn't like. Only down side, second bedroom had no opening windows and like fresh air (window open) at night. Otherwise excellent. Restrictions with booking. My children were very sick however I was unable to make a change, despite what I would class as special circumstances. I could not enjoy the time as much & we had to leave early. I ended up taking my baby into hospital the following day. A little tired, in need of an update to compete with the surrounding more contemporary apartments.
