We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book. The room service dinner was also excellent. close proximity to cbd, sporting complexes, train station, department stores. In the hotel itself comfortable, clean, quiet with a contemporary ambience. Close proximity to casino, more shopping, bars, restaurants along the Yarra river. Great view of the city, good service for a reasonable price. Its in a great location.
all reviews » The room was good value, great kingsize bed and linen, clean bathroom and large window. View to the Bay was fine but perhaps not the roadworks. But the connection bridge to the Casino restaurants makes it an easy place to stay in the wet weather with more options than a single hotel. all of it it is the most amazing place to stay not even the stars in the galaxy in the sky would be enough to rate this fantastic complex. high recommended must stay. put it on your bucket list. thanks for the opportunity. We were able to use the gym/swimming pool of the Crown Towers. The size of the room, the space in the bathroom also not having a bath, the view, the swimming pool and the comfort of the bed. A few little items could have been improved, for instance the lighting in the bathroom was hopeless for applying makeup. We had to buy extra tea bags and coffee and would appreciate herbal tea bags supplied in the room. can'T fault so perfect. That we couldn't stay longer. The booking in admin staff whilst efficient spoke too fast and did not explain the charges well enough. Although they were pleasant this is the only area I felt did not match the rest of my experience. I ordered breakfast to the room for 1 person, but because I checked the box on the order that said 2 people in the room they assumed the breakfast was for 2 people, so I got double the order which was odd and then of course paid for it. No bathroom in the room. People knocking on the door, someone from reception ringing at 5.30am and then saying "wrong number", the children diving and jumping in the pool. Also if you ask guests to sign in to the pool area surely they must sign out or else how do you know if they have left the area (basic OH & S). Only complaint would be very poor lighting in bathroom!. Thankfully, I had found a great deal to stay here, as I definitely would not have been happy had we payed full price. The rooms were nothing special, the view was okay. I expected a bit more. the price. Nothing. N/A. Nothing. The price of the goods in the bar fridge, over the top. We had booked our accommodation months & months in advance & when we arrived we were told we had to change rooms for the second night, an email in advance would've been nice, considering I booked ages in advance. no breakfast included. un vacumed carpets in halls. We didn't like the $100 per night bond. We stayed for 4 nights and we were informed on the spot of check-in that $400 would be retained from my credit card. It would be put back in the credit card a few working days after the day we checked out. All our friends were disappointed that we were not informed before we arrived. We have paid our booking in full 3 months prior to check-in. This $100 bond per night didn't happen last year. Fridge not working. Nothing.............. We had to leave!. Valet parking. Very small mini bar. The wall art on the room ready to fall off due to the fixing being damaged. A little unexpected. Booked on line days earlier but on arrival told the credit card was not debited as that was policy. Far enough but I then had to use company card on the day.
