The staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program! Best Idea!!!. This was my third stay at The Olsen and again I wasn't disappointed.Used the gym and the pool and again found these facilities a brilliant addition to my stay.Quality of both excellent.Room was at it's best for comfort and class.Love having the kitchenette.

Lovely little room, reception was amazing. Reception took care of our mini bar tab due to lack of attention to detail with empty wine. Great location. Lovely decor. Parking and access difficult,but appreciate that this is not permanent. staff very helpful getting us our car from car park and getting taxis when busy. Had an issue with an empty bottle of wine in mini bar, reception ordered one for us twice and it never came. Had difficulty switching water from shower to bath. Impression by website that there was a jacuzzi available to all guests. there was a little noice from street. One afternoon only one lift was working but that issue was rectified quickly. No issues. check in staff weren't very nice but tolerable. Early check out (11am). Very slow table service of breakfast from the kitchen. (45 min) must have been a staff problem. No business center. I had to use the Concierge computer. The loud bass music in the lobby. i thought the looped TV documentary about Olsen in your room was a bit strange. I'd lose that for overseas guests!. Bad pillows, same as last visit! No spa or sauna. the carpar is very narrow, cramped. little confusion with my invoice, which was solved quick.
