I travelled from Brisbane to attend Jazz in the Vines. The location of the Motel was perfect. The facilities were comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful...drove me to the local shopping centre and assisted with bus information re transport to Newcastle airport. I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Best Western Endeavour Motel for a comfortable and friendly stay.

I especially liked the efforts to use environmentally friendly soap, shampoo etc and the availability of 'real' milk and skim. The staff are very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The new bed was exceptional !! Lovely restaurant with great food and exeptional service. The staff were friendly. Tea and coffe plus shower products were supplied free. The room was clean and tidy. Convenient for travelling to concerts, 4th time I've stayed here, perfect venue for it!. Every thing was good .Very quiet and large family room.Beds were very comfortable. Love the bed, the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Good conveient location. friendly staff, great room, everything we needed for our over night stay. The room was very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was most enjoyable. nice clean good sized rooms + pool and restaurant on premises. Loved the clean fresh appearance. and friendly staff. Great value for money!. clean and comfy. Comfortable and quiet. Convenient location. I have no response for this - as my stay exceeded any expectation I had. We have absolutely no complaints. Very old ,the room was next to the laundry which was noisy. The shower area needed renewing ie chipped tiles and mould. Just needs a microwave. Unfortunately even though the bed was very comfortable, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired: dirty towels still left there on the back of the door (God knows how long it's been there), mugs not cleaned properly and badly chipped, bin liner was not changed (I won't describe what was in it). Does the manager / housekeeper manager not do spot checks? The general appearance of the motel is old too, perhaps time for some facelift. Nothing. Parking was a problem as I had to tell a couple of people not to park in our space, while my husband went down the street. I like the car to be close to room so I do not have to carry baggage from far away. No data exists. Finding at the time of payment I had to pay $5 booking fee as I booked via the internet. Never struck this before. I thought the cost to Best Western would be less than needing to take up staff time booking by phone. Won't fall for that rort again. Poor quality of food.
