We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us. Thank you so much. We just love Queensland in general - being a Wyndham owners we have yet to be disappointed with the facilities at any of the resorts and the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks for a wonderful week in surfers paradise.
all reviews » These are apartments. Cooking facilities, internal laundry & guest security parking. Some rooms are rentable 6 - 12 months reasonably priced for luxury units. Great views. 3 minute walk to beach. 10 minute walk to shopping areas. Pool was very nice as was the spa, Rooms were nice, Great location. Staff were very friendly and quick to apologise for bad tenant behavior.We stayed for ten nights with two young children and found it very comfortable. The atmosphere was amazing, everyone was so friendly and the room was perfect to come back to and relax. I stayed in room 1405 and it had possibly one of the most comfortable beds Iv ever slept in. A total holiday experience. Up there with the best Wyndham we have stayed at. The rooms are clean as well as the hall and kitchen. Well designed. The hotel room was clean and very relaxing. The balcony is huge. The design, the value for money, the staff very friendly. location v good. nice apartment. Almost everything was great. The views, staff assitance. Happy with everything. Pool and spa. relaxtion. Pool, bbq, close to the city center. Nice rooms. Unfortunately, the television in the main bedroom wasn't working but one of the staff really tried to help with this. Currently there are roadworks outside but can not be heard. Just inconvenient to walk around. One whole curtain missing so very bright, lots of smoke butts around pool. Everything was wonderful, one thing we had trouble with was the pan, when we tried cooking in it the food just stuck to the pan, even when using oil. Nothing. There is some roadwork next to the building. Not a big issue though. The view on the "hinterland side" seeing road works and bob cats was dissapointing. Being asked to attend a seminar the next morning, however when I said no I wasn't pressured. didnt realize it was non-serviced. So if you plan to do your own beds and cleaning daily, dont go there. They charge $40 for room cleaning. So you have to ask for daily supplies of toiletteries, etc and sometimes go to the reception to get them too (like we were asked to). You have to do your own trash also. didn't like being sucked into 1.5 hours direct marketing downstairs. Room service didn't serive room, air con not working and glass was on balcony from previous. The staff at reception charged me a wrong room rate when I checked in. This shows they are vey disorganised. The bedroom was rather small and you can't watch TV in the bedroom. Having to pay pay for internet access and when trying to connect it not being available. Get it together - I could have gone to McDonalds and got it for free!. Rooms could have been a little cleaner. Stains on couch etc. and when we booked it was meant to be a king bed but we found it was only two singles pushed together which is not very comfortable to sleep in.
