We found our stay at Mint Coolangatta Points North Apartments to be faultless. The staff were friendly and efficient. The accommodation and facilities were comfortable and first class. The apartments and general areas were always immaculately clean. The location cannot be beaten, it is central to beach, shops, restaurants and clubs. All our needs and expectations were surpassed and we would love to return for future holidays.

Ideal for anyone with young children or those without own transport. Apartment well equipped with all we needed. Outdoor pool was comfortably heated and spa excellent. We have stayed at Mints Point North Coolangatta a few times and are just amazed at the sheer beauty of the location, the high standard of apartments and the absolute value for money! I don't think you could beat it anywhere else in Australia! We always choose to stay at Mints Point North Coolangatta. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent. Spacious, clean and a magnificent view. Kitchen, laundry, bathroom, living area and ensuite included insures compfortable living. And it was all very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to anyone. Great spacious apartment worked well for our group of 3 couples and a baby. Large apartments that are fully self contained located above supermarket. Rooms and living areas are large and bathrooms a good size too. Washing machine and dryer great. Minor things but would not stop me from booking again in the future. Building next door under construction so a bit noisy if patio door open. No wi fi in rooms and quite expensive in reception. Next door to a building site which started up at 6.30am, couldn't have the windows/doors open due to the racket!. nothing. Games room was limited. a table tennis table and old fusbal table. We were unable to access foxtel channels on the tv in the apartment. nothing. We found it very difficult to find at 7pm in the evening when we arrived. The address said marine parade, but the entrance was actually dutton street. Maybe you need to clarify your address. Fact that next door apartment was being totally gutted!! It was not just one tradesman it was always going to be constant noise and management must have been aware of situation. The apartment we had should never have been rented out in the first place. Ensuite closed and had to use second bathroom - Ok but prefer ensuite. No air con in bedroom. Stayed previously and room was a lot better, this time stayed two and didn't really get what expected sorry. No DVD player in bedroom. Old furnishings. Amount of time the bond takes to come back-but not a big deal. nothing really. Nothing. The bathrooms are very dated, although spacious and great water pressure. Lift troubles. Not being able to visit friends on another floor . Long drive to parking space. nothing we will be back :). Pool area seem dated with old furniture. Nothing comes to mind. Construction noise that started before 7am. Absence of any form of internet in rooms (this is simply not acceptable nowadays). Absence of air con in bedroom (again, not really acceptable at this price level). Sorry. Unfortunately, a new high rise is being built next door. Very noisy during the week, probably ok on weekends. The noise from the adjacent construction site. Outdoor spa and sauna torrential rain. The difficult car security.
