Our Family with two young children loved our stay at Nirvana by the sea. The two bedroom apartment with pool is spacious and luxurious and immaculately clean on our arrival. The Location of this facility really added to the enjoyment of our holiday. Kirra beach is gorgeous with fitness tracks along the beach, playgrounds and awesome eating and convenience facilities across the road. The theatre room is a hit with the kids especially if the weather is cold or raining, and the pool and spa ar.
all reviews » Our 2 bedroom apartment at Nirvana was stylish and clean with modern comfortable furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved having our own private heated pool on our balcony! Secure building and parking too. The location was ideal - views directly across to the great expanse of pristine beach. There are numerous cafés (very short walk) as well as a little shopping village across the road. Overall, we preferred the area by far to hectic Surfers'. Coolangatta/Kirra has everything you coul. Our recent stay at Nirvana by the Sea was great. Our family (which included an 15mth old) stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with pool & upon our arrival the apartment was clean, spacious & modern. The location is great. Its directly across the road from Kirra beach, a bike/running track, parks & convenience stores. Even though its located on the corner of a main road we didn't notice traffic noise which was important with a little one. The staff were helpful & friendly. We'll de. We had a good view of the sea from our balcony. The room is spacious and nicely configured.. The kitchen is contemporary and well equipped. We truly enjoyed our stay. The check out procedure is a breeze...its fast and with no hassle. We need only to just hand our keys over at the reception and leave. Unlike at another serviced apartment that we stayed at Broadbeach, we need to put a cash/credit bond on check in and in addition, upon check out, we need to wait for the staff to check the conditio. The facilities and penthouse with the most amazing views. Furnishings and comfort were of the most utmost quality. The fact that each bedroom had an ensuite was just fantastic. A group of 9 adults (all seasoned travellers) were so impressed each of us will be revisiting Nirvana with our adult families. Can't thank the staff enough....You should all be very proud of your working environment. The unit looked like an interior decorator had designed it to the final details and funnishings...it was beautiful. Mid week the unit was cleaned and freshened! Service was great and the permanent residents were lovely. Beachfront and 5 minute walk to coolangatta shops. Directly across the road is a convenience store, pizza, fish and chips, pharmacy, bakery and cafe... We had a 2 bedroom apartment, we felt it was of a high standard and was well represented in the website images. The rooms were well appointed, and pool and location to the beach made for a great holiday. 20 mins or so drive to the theme parks and just seconds from surf! We really liked the quiet location, only the roar of the surf to hear. undercover parking. beautiful bath in master bedroom of apartment had views out through bedroom to the ocean. Beautiful quality furnishings and appliances. Was fantastic to have a full kitchen and would love to go back for longer and make better use of it. Great to have a gym and heated pools. Fantastic idea to have the theatre. Absolutely everything at nirvana, couldn't fault a thing. Perfect location for what we wanted. Walking distance to great restaurants. Sadly we didn't have the weather to use the pool & teppanyaki barbecue. Apartment was spotless with all mod cons and fabulous views. We shall return. The facilities of the Nirvana were also well apointed & stylish. We loved looking at the beach from our balcony. although we didn't use all the facilities it was nice to know they were there.It has been one of the best places we have stayed in over the years here and abroad. The views were panoramic and amazing. The unit - 3 bed sky home - was very spacious and we loved the floor to ceiling glass. It felt like we were in the sky. Directly over from beach. Will definitely return. Gorgeous well proportioned rooms with beautiful design touches. Amazing facilities enabling u to cook for yourself and never have to leave the hotel unless u want to although it is directly on the beach. We had a fantastic stay. Everything was excellent - really impressive. Unit was clean and modern. Just about everything. everything. There was nothing we didn't like. Bath could do with a hand rail to get out of as it is very deep. No extractor fan in bathroom. Blinds in lounge room were not easy to deal with, we had to have them fixed during our stay. Having to hire towels to go to pool or gym, only provided one per person in the rooms, which at the cost of the rooms was a bit rude. No robes in the rooms. Our apartment did have a not so pleasent odour. This could have been the carpet. Loved everything..nothing not to like.. A safe in the room would have been nice, however, apartment felt very secure. the lounge was super comfy but the chairs were not. The bathrooms were gorgeous, however the shower cubicles did leak a tremendous amount of water on the otherside of the glass shower doors. There's probably not much that can be done about it but there was some street noise - garbage trucks, burn outs, etc. But still a nice stay. Nothing. Would have liked the gym to open on time at 6am as stated. We had trouble with the TV reception and had an extension cord running from our unit to the power supply most of our stay it was a bit of a worry as my mother is 84 and I was worried she may trip on the cord. all good. Noise from road audible but not that troublesome. No faults at all. We were put on lower floor. Quite noisy. Fridge was really noisy. Clothes dryer broke and was not repaired while we were there. nothing. Not long enough... The pool layout, very small space and shaded for such a large complex.... granted sea/beach across the road, but thought it would be better. Unit door didnt automatically lock. See through bathroom walls. nothing. I would have liked a spray bottle of glass cleaner to keep all that glass in the kitchen clean. I went out and bought one as each time I cooked, there were spatters all over the glass splashback. So very minor, but I like to keep the kitchen clean. the amount of glass.
