  Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

  Our room, number 5, was very confortable and spacious. Large closet. The staff is helpful and efficient. A relative came to visit, we stayed in the sofa in the groud floor for a couple of hours and they offered us some coffee (free!).   The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. We arrived late at night but the front desk was very attentive. The rooms are enormous and decorated with elegance. For a family like mine with two children was perfect! - The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.
