Location is excellent, near Puerto Madero on one side, and close to downtown in the other. The view from the breakfast floor is awesome, I liked it very much. Breakfast was good too. Decoration is very good to!. Location and decoration are the most. It is very close to Puerto Madero, all restaurants and San Telmo. Rooms are spacious. We were given a free upgrade which was a nice detail.

Located in a quiet district. The area and furnishing. Location. Elevators are kind of annoying. Every time I had to wait around 10 minutes to go up or down. Small details on the room, like a bunch of silicone in the bath mirror all around of its border, not very well deployed. Lack of gym. Door on bathroom needed replacing, and on one day of our stay we had to wait until 7pm to get new towels. Equipement in the bathroom (jacuzzi) a little bit old. Bathroom old style and poor. Breakfast not included in the room rate was very expensive for what was served. In general the hotel is far away from a 4 star standard. no garage or parking space I have booked with breakfast but they provide me the room without breakfast , have to pay separately. a column in the middle of the bathroom a huge inconvenience. Internet controlled by 12 hours instead of unlimited and password for each device. asensores no funcionavan , aire acondicionado parecia que no existia .. un desastre. The hotel seems like it could use a renovation. The rooms, the towels (especially the towels), etc are all old. Although it's very close to the attractions in Puerto Madero, and San Telmo, the hotel itself is not very central. No water cooker/coffeemaker in the room. No possibilities to order in for meals. Expensive Wifi. Some staff do not understand and speak English but do not notify guests. Dirty, internet working very bad, and they think its a better hotel than what it actually is. Breakfast. just bad. 4 stars???????? i don`t think so.
