For around USD 50 the hotel was excellent. Location is fine, quite clean. Quiet. Basically, I liked the helpful staff in the hotel, they let us keep the bags despite a missing baggage room; also helped to get taxis. and this was one of the hotels available for a couple of days of the New year when Rio actually has no available place to stay for a short time and reasonable price.
