Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and made sure we were not ripped off by the taxi driver from the airport. The taxi driver tried to charge us 200,000VND but when we arrived at the hotel the staff opened the cab door before we had a chance to pay and told us not the pay the driver but to pay the hotel when we checked out as they have an agreement with the taxi company and it is common for the taxi drivers to ask you for a set price of 200,000VND instead of the metered rate of 150,000V.
