  The Romana is a beautiful resort. Being 2-3 km from the main strip it is quiet and peaceful. The pool area and gardens are spectacular. The rooms were excellent and had amazing views from the balconies. The breakfast was close to the best that we have had in 3 visits to Vietnam.   When we checked in, we were informed that 2-bed room which we booked have been sold out. hotel would upgrade a king bed room for us but rejused to add a bed. the problem was fixed finally after further negotiation. but i think hotel could do it better to fix this kind of problem in the first time with initiative - Hotel was clean and nice.   Love the layout of the resort. We book a family suite and very happy with the room. Love the pool where we mostly swim, since it was high season for jellyfish! Love the massage by the beach by therapist Trinh Phan, be sure to ask for her! I have gotten massages in some hotel in Saigon, and was not as good!
