Staff very approachable and friendly. Food absolutely great. Everything was very good. Our main acid test for hotels is would we return? Yes definitely and would recommend it to others.With regard to the question below I have not accessed that site so cannot comment on the veracity of statements. With regard to question 4. We always look for 4-5 star small hotel i.e. less than10 rooms.
所有评语 » The room was the nicest we stayed in during our trip to Scotland. The room had large windows overlooking the town of Pitlochry and the surrounding hills. It was a very quick walk to the city center, and we could walk across the river to the theatre from the hotel in about 15 minutes.It was fantastic. The room was lovely and the view was fabulous. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Definitely recommend having dinner at the hotel. Great value for money. Enjoyed the extensive wine and whisky lists. I dont think you can fault this hotel, the staff were excellent, the rooms were lovely ,spacious and clean,the food was excellent, A lovely location.We are already planning to go back.We were made to feel at home and this helped our overall enjoyment at the hotel. We had a relaxed time with lovely food and a nice selection of Good Malt whisky. fantastic food, fantastic staff, fantastic beds, fantastic rooms, fantastic views- one of the best places ever stayed in- will be back. Lovely atmosphere, very accomodating staff and superb cleanlines inall rooms also availability of things to do in the lounge. A lovely spacious room with a lot of natural light and a beautiful view. The food was excellent. every aspect was good. No fault with the whole experience. The shower took some working out until we read the instructions but it was very weak.The shower wasn't very good. Some rooms were a little dated, although we understand they were due to upgrade them shortly.Shower pressure was a bit low. Not a major concern, but the towel warmer worked when we first got there but never again. We addressed it with the maid and never heard from anyone about it. And, since it wasn't very important we didn't pursue it further.The pillows, we like more firm pillows. Breakfast could have been better. Shower a bit too gentle and tempermental.The shower, the pressure was far to weak. The water just trickled out. The breakfast was not up to usual high standards.a small thing was the heating in the room, it kept coming on and off all day and night so at one point you're freezing and having to sit under the covers then you're roasting.....they need to find a happy medium. The food could have been better.matress on the bed was to soft for my bad back. Decor was dated and tired.would be better with a proper lounge bar facility. Minor issues- reception on TV was very poor and shower pressure was low.slightly expensive. Slightly expensive.
