  Staff were so helpful and polite, I've stayed in some lovely and posh hotels in the past and can't recall ever being so impressed by how nice everyone was!   Great hotel was in a great location for where we wanted to be. Good trAnsport links either bus or overground. Hotel has a pub underneath that is huge and full of character. Had to admit then I was worried it would be rough before we walked in, but the staff were lovely, very friendly and even met some of the locals who were great. The room was on the top floor which was ok for us, but there is no lift and the - Recently spent a week at the King William. If you're looking for luxury accommodations, this is not the place.
