We were a little worried that butlers wou - This hotel (the Howard) is really very nice. The bathrooms were fabulous I have never seen a bathroom as nice. My husband loved the shower. The staff were really nice, friendly and very helpful and the butlers well they could not do enough for you. There were no tea making facilities in the room however you just had to request a drink and the butlers brought a freshly made drink to your room, all complimentary and all very lovely. Even with luggage and young kids, it was easy to manage to reach from princess street to Queens Street where apartment was located. Apartment is spacious, big 2 rooms, big living room with window opening on Queens Street and nice kitchen. Cleanliness, nice c - When we arrived, I had my login in number incorrect. We were immediately assisted by a very friendly person on the other side of the intercom. When we got into the apartment, it took our breath away. It is absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect. I will always stay there when visiting Edinburgh. It is highly recommended for self catering. Cannot get better. We loved it!
