We were very happy with all the hotels facilities, the room was very good also the two double beds everything was in the room that was of use to any traveller and we will use it again without hesitation also a lovely breakfast before we left many thanks for an enjoyable stop over.
The hotel is very quiet and situated up a nice and dark lane, the staff were very attentive and dealt with me efficiently.

It was a great hotel but may just have had some health/gym faciliites to make the stay complete.
Smoking in the room below ours made it impossible at times to have our windows open so we were hot and uncomfortable.
What seemed like the water tank was extremely nosey for the entire night we were there, therefore not getting any sleep, which defeated the object of booking a room closer to the airport. I would recommend the hotel if the water tank was sorted out, can't imagine other people would want to have that either.
Internet in room did not work.
We were ignored at the bar by the staff when they were sitting at reception, it doesnt take Einstein to work out that if you walk past the reception and in to the bar you may want something from there!.
Pre booked Wake Up Call didn't happen!.
The rooms were a wee bit too small.
breakfast was ok but had to wait for eggs sausages were undercooked evening meal was only adequate tv too small in bar areaminted lamb was not good.
Upon arriving at the hotel there was a party checking in. I had to wait 40 minutes I asked the duty manager what could be done to speed things up and she said she could do nothing, she even said that although she was duty manager she was only allowed to work in the restaurant.
It was very difficult to find, my sat nav told me it was on the slip road of the M11 and took me back onto the M11 (needs sorting) and eventually on arrival (late at night) your staff were very dismissive of the situation. I ordered a sandwich and yet despite being the only person in the bar it took 40 minutes and I had to chase it up, when it arrived it was in my opinion -poor quality.
