The hotel's main asset is probable not the hotel itself, but his staff, starting with the general manager and finishing with the youngest employee. They are doing really everything for all their guests to enjoy the stay in the Constantine hotel. Very good position in the old city, close to the all main attractions. There is a tram line just in front of the hotel door (but not so noisy how i read before) so you can reach easy everything (the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia – but be ready for a lon.
所有评语 » The hotel from my point view its great because 1-the location of the hotel near to the tram station & also you need only 5 mint walk to see the Marmara Sea & port you can go to any place in Istanbul 2-the hotel room is big and quite. 3-the breakfast is good and you can eat what you need & when you are in the reception they will provide you by drinks and sweet for free. 4-the service is very good in the hotel and the staff is very cooperated and lovely they lake to speaking with yo. The hotel is in an excellent location of the Sultanahmet district, very convienient for sightseeing and exploring the most important byzantine and ottoman monuments of Istanbul. Just outside of the hotel is a tram station. The hotel, the rooms and the bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was rich, with a great variety for all tastes and the hotel's restaurant provided delightful traditional turkish cuisine. The wifi facilities was very convienient for reaching internet. The personel was ver. This particular hotel has a very friendly staff and service provided is excellent. The lady at the front desk (of American-Turkish decent) was especially helpful and not only assisted me with my questions but also went out of her way to ensure that I had the best trip possible, providing me reliable tour services, packages, taxi deals, restaurant info and maps! ...Also i appreciated the patience the hotel staff & manager on duty showed to a lot of demanding customers / clients while i was t. I was absolutely happy the days I spent in Istanbul in The Constantine Hotel. The atmosphere was really domestic, the staff was so pleasant and friendly. At any time we were offered tea, coffee, water. For breakfast besides usual dishes they also proposed anything else. The rooms were always tidy and clean (I am writing the rooms because we managed to stay in 2 different rooms, both were really nice). Before booking the room I read people's opinion, someone wrote that the only weak point was tr. The staff in this hotel makes the difference. They welcomed us and were always very helpful. It looked like we were hosted by the owner of the hotel. I asked for a non carpet room and I had no problem in finding one like that. Those things, combined with the excellent location turned our stay in Istanbul very pleasant. The tram stop is right in the front of the reception desk and the main attractions of the city can be reached walking just a few minutes or taking the tram. Most importantly, we . Location is absolutely excellent, would stay again just for this! The gentleman on the front desk (hotel manager I think) was extremely helpful, courteous and spoke good english. The lady receptionist we encountered did not speak very good english unfortunately, but she was very considerate and tried to be helpful. Breakfast was varied and extensive, myself and my partner were very full after each one! Also when leaving earlier than breakfast was served, the receptionist was happy for us to h. Excellent location in Istanbul in vicinity of key attractions like historical places, shopping, entertainment for families with children and views to the the sea. Very pleassant and responsive hotel attendants and receptionists. Two particular persons we admire, Gulcan -pronounced Guljan- was always cheerful and smiling as well as her colleague who was attending to the reception most of times including late night. Other attendants were no exception as they all were restlessly helpful. We were g. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location to most tourist attractions, shops and cafes (all walking distance). The tram station is right in front of the hotel making it extremely easy to get around. Although there was a mix up with my booking, upon arrival the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to friends travelling there anytime. fantastic hotel...very friendly staff especially mr Alaa deen....they even checked me in 4 hours before my time and all my notes that i wrote while booking was done to me .....it is in very very great place its doors is in front of the tram exactly so for 3 liras you can take tour in whole istanbul ....and also infront of gulhane park exactly ...i highly reccomend it. The location of the Constantine is excellent if you are using the hotel to visit the sights. It is within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the walls of the Topkapi Palace are across the road. There is a tram directly outside so excellent for transport. The staff were very accommodating with our requests and helpful with maps and information. We were very impressed by the hospitality shown by the receptionist (Gulcan) and the manager (Erhan). The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The location is excellent with the blue mosque at 500 m walking distance and a tram stop right in front of the hotel. The atmosphare,convenience,economy on budget and staff cooperation was remarkable,specially I would like to mention about Manager Mr Ali,he is the best young boy in this hotel as far as understanding the needs of foreiners his attitude is marvelous. Right in the heart of the old city area close to the Topkapi Palace. It is in a great part of Istanbul and the staff were very helpful. Umm... i didn't like that we couldn't order meals to our rooms but could only eat downstairs in the restaurant. Other than that the hotel was very good. No complaints really. No weak points!. The breakfast could be better. They should provide cafe americano instead of just instantaneous coffee. A better bread basket would improve it also. Our window did not seal properly when closed because the catch was slightly misaligned. Toilet was noisy when filling and I had to adjust it each night to prevent it keeping us awake, then adjust back each morning so we could flush it. Mechanism was old and stop-tap was rusted open. Satellite television had hundreds of Arabic channels but only 3 out of 850+ English channels, you can only watch so many news items and movie trailers. Shame, but not a big deal. No safety-deposit box. Room facilities need to be better maintained with particular attention to water supply which were inturrupted a few time durin our two weeks plus stay. more variety in breakfast open baffet would be nice and more enjoyable. First night we stayed in the room on the 1st floor, right above the tram stop: noisy. We were very pleased to receive a quite room at the back side of the hotel. In Istanbul near Aksaray we were looted by a person sitting in car in evening time at 7:00pm,who forced my friend and myself to pay him 800 US$,this person actually was sitting with second person behaved as police shown police cards searched pockets belongings etc and fled away taking our money. The breakfast should have included a live cooking station. The normal rooms are a bit small, but you pay for what you get. Nothing . Nothing. The breakfast buffet should have some more varieties but what they have served was acceptable. Without car parking and no space to let your car to unload your luggage. Parking at the train station, 15 EUR / day, 10 minute walk. nothing. Didnt like the breakfast. they should have more continential dishes. Breakfast menu was the same everyday. It needs to be changed. Glad I had earplugs to sleep, as it was a little noisy. Rugs on floor in restaurant were a hazard. Could have more fruit at breakfast time Nothing else to complain about. Air conditioning not working in reception or dining. I am sorry for saying the hotel need more services on room. some of the rooms are just next to the tram line, hence a bit noisy in the nights. Small room. The rooms at the back are quieter but has less ventilation. Breakfast could have been improved. all ftaf is very smail and very good erhan and dorg and huseen is very good.
