Very friendly and helpful staff! Very clean rooms! Location within meters of Sultanahmet area, you can walk to see Topkapi, Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque and the major attractions, moreover, it is just a 10 mins walk from the hotel to Eminonu where the docks to take ferry boats to prince's islands, bosphorus tour or the funicular to Taksim square are. It is very easy to get to the hotel from the airport if taking metro/tramway. We liked the tips they gave us for clubs, visits, dining out, taxis... (T.
所有评语 » Everthing was perfect.starting from location of hotel ,cleanliness of hotel and rooms,the main thing was the staff there..they are prof & very kind people.i think because of that Iam going to spend my next vacation in Turkey and I will not search for any hotel.i believe all hotels should learn from Raymond Hotel staff and management ..I came with my wife and 7 month doughter and they feel the same what I felt especially my doughter she played with every one there ,I think this hotel deserve. My colleague and I stayed at the hotel for a day. It has perfect location. That’s why, we could go wherever we wanted. The breakfast was perfect. Besides, one of the front desk gave me discounted dinner which was awesome. The other staffs were also very helpful and nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Before I went there, I read lots of comments about smallness of the rooms. However, the room was enough for two people and it was really cute to me. I think, it is important that . It is a wonderful hotel close to Gulhane tram station, very convinient location, both important directions Sultanahmet and Emenunu are reachable by foot. Very good personnel (almost everybody fluent in English), my daughter got lost and they gave me all possible support to find her. Splended breakfasts in a nice setting. Room is quite big compare with other hotels of its level. Good bathroom. I liked the hotel so much. Everything was aqlmost perfect. Staff are friendly and promptly responsive. When we were checking out they asked us if we want to leave out baggage at the hotel reception in a locked cupboard with name and badge on it. This was for free. Location is great. Cleanliness is legend. I didn't see such a clean hotel. The cleaner was doing her job perfectly. I stayed 3 nights in Raymond. Excellent location. It is very near to Gulhane Park, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Just few steps away from Tram Station which is really very ideal. Very friendly staff. Whatever they commit, they fulfill it. I arranged a tour with them and airport drop service. Very well-organized. I strongly recommend this hotel to all of you. The staff were very kind and tried to help as much as they could. The room was neat. The hotel has a great location. close to some of the important sites (Topcapi, Hajisofia, seaside, Grand Bazar ...) and is close to Gulhane tram station which makes it very easy to reach other spots of the city like Taksim Sq and Istiklal Ave. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Really Nothing.. Room is bit sultry. The only problem was insulation. It's not a problem if you don't stay next to noisy kids room. Rooms are little bit small but who cares this factor in the wonderful city – Istanbul. The break fast was very good, although, it was not changing day by day. The TV in the room had not a good quality and was fixed to the wall which made it impossible to adjust it. Some rooms are small, but for tourists its not so principal. nothing. None. no complaints at all.... nothing, really. Only breakfast need more varieties. - Walls in the rooms need to be repainted - could not check in before normal time ( it is ok ) - wifi in rooms are very very very poor - too many channels on tv -> no list of channels - good airport shuttle, but were not enough seats, so I was sitting on a "chair" between the driver and the other seat without back and belt... I was scared. There wasn't much variety in the breakfast. The room I had was a bit small but nicely organised. The street so noisy in early morning because its the Main Street . room far to small ok for a few nights. As Italian I would have appreciated more sweet food at breakfast, but I'm not complaining about that. Anyway i would suggest more variety. little small rooms and low roofs. Not so spacious rooms. The wall are quite thin. nothinggggg. It was always a pain for the taxi driver to find the hotels in the area. The wall between the room is thin, so we can hear sound from other room. Acoustic isolation is not very good (especially if neighbours are unpolite!). My room was at 3rd floor but, unfortunately, I could hear some noise from the street. The room size is small a little bit but its OK. Very bad internet connection.... Need a new router for Wi-fi. Staff can be more friendly and less businesslike We did not like when we asked for ice that we should drink from your bar.Alcoholic drinks are very expensive in Istanbul and if we want to drink in our room what we brought from home we should be able to without unfriendly remarks. The rooms above the entrance can be a bit noisy due to street traffic. None. rooms very small.
