When i come İstanbul i am staying only in this hotel due to good location very clean and confortable Rooms and also very helpful staffs,has very rich food and tasteful breakfast and also for me important that good for value. I strongly recommend especially who want to make cheap and very confortable holiday. First of all has very good location couple of minutes for laleli tram station,very clean room and hotel,breakfast is fantastic very tasteful and rich.Very helpful hotel staffs especially receptionists.i strongly recommend tihs hotel for everyone.

Good location-hotel is in the old town,value for money, friendly staff, very good breakfast, lot of shops nearby. It was 5 minutes from the Grand Bazaar and 2 min away from the metrotram. Great hotel go for it. Its the hospitality of the staff that made my stay very pleasant. Location, staff and cleanliness. And breakfast was great!. Every day cleaning Good stuff Not bad breakfast. Location is good, clean comparing to price. breakfast and stuff. Breakfast was normal, location as well, not very far from Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque room was clean and room service was good. they were kind enough to let us check in early and the room was comfortable...we liked it and might come back again. first day a dont like the stuff but they change my room is more better of first day. Good breakfast, efficient staff, close to old town and bazaar. The hotel was modern and the wifi excellent. location in the garment area. location. Location. Location is quite convenient, only a few stops by tram from main attractions. There is a myriad of shops around mainly geared towards the Russian buyers. Hotel was fairly clean and staff was OK, although English was a challenge to them (if you speak Russian you may have better luck). they let us check in early and moved us to our room when it was available. breakfast was ok. location, average breakfast, good wifi. I like the location. i asked for dinner at 9 pm but the restaurant was closed at that time. A bit small and dark room,reception is on the 1st floor with low ceilings, the elevator slow and small. I didn't like how the restaurant was not open for dinner. small window w/o view. room without a window. Dont drink anything from your fridge if you dont want to pay extra 30 dollars)) and the view from restaurant was very poor in spite of picture on website. internet was disconnecting a lot and Towels smelled awful until I asked them to change it. first room very cramped single. Strange entrance which meant poor security. The staff upon check out was unable to provide a detailed itemized bill for the bar and just gave us an amount. Even after requesting it numerous times!. the hotel need to change the furniture and need some small accessories in shower such as stand of soap ,. Staff,breakfast. The room was not comfortable. Rooms are too dark, with most lights not working. Air con was horrible making it worse. Shower cabin was too small for anyone a bit larger. Two people in the room would struggle to turn around or open their suitcases at the same time. internet was very week in my room and it was disconnecting a lot, Toilet towels were very dirty and I had to ask them to change it. we stay 3 nights...no cleaner visited our room to change towels and clean and make the room. The behaviour of the staff member they were not very friendly and didn't have signals of wi fi in the room at all.
