The Suite is with an excellent Matterhorn view. The staff is very friendly. A hotel employee met us at the station and drove us to the hotel. Impeccable cleanliness is maintained in the hotel - rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily, linen is changed twice a week. The breakfast is very diverse and plentiful. The Suite has very comfortable and functional furniture. The room is small but contains everything so it not a problem. Both the room and toilet is very clean and decorated very nicely. Wifi is offered for guest for free. The location is near both Gornegrat and Sunnega, and is very convenient.

Friendly staff, great view of the Matterhorn from the room and the room was very large and comfortable. Very quiet at night. Was very close to main street, Gornergrat station also. Had a great view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Breakfast was fantastic, array of all you could ask for. Staff were very helpful and spoke English,. The location was great, not far from the train station or the train to guntergreig. The staff in the hotel, the restuarant were just fantastic. We wished we had stayed longer we liked it so much. Fantastic Matterhorn view from our suite. Big and sweet room on the top floor. Nice restaurant and bar on the first floor. It's convenient to walk to each station. Ski room is also provided. The chimney of the restaurant’s kitchen is just opposite the bedroom window of the Suite, so the smoke enters through it and the whole Suite smells like smoke. In the bathroom there is only one type of preparation that is intended to be used as soap, shower gel and shampoo. The bathroom door does not lock. Check out time. Should be12. The restaurants in town are expensive for standard fare, probably the best value for money, is the buffet de la gare. The prices are on the high side, but less than other parts of Zermatt. No complaints!. There's nothing not to like. Would have liked tea/coffe facilities in the room. beds a bit hard... It was hot and no air conditioning. Room was not big enough for 3 people at least by US standards. Price is high perhaps due to travel season but somewhat offset by Inclusion of breakfast. A bit too far to walk to the shopping area for an older person. Liked it all. relatively expensive. The view. Room and the bed very small. nothing.
