The staff was wonderful, always helpful and friendly. Location perfect within walking distance to everything in Visby. Breakfast also excellent served in a cosy atmosphere. The hotel is centrally located in the Old Town. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and the room we had, quaint but comfortable. Location is excellent!!! And staff is very friendly. Breakfast was awesome!! I really recommed this hotel to my friends and I will stay there next time, too. Just perfect.

Perfect location for attending Medieval Festival in Visby. Staff were the best! Arranged early checkin and were super helpful. Lovely room too. Right price, excellent staff, very clean, wonderful location, and it was perfect for me as a single traveler for my first visit to Visby. Central locaton to visit Visby. Very quiet street. The beds were a bit short for a tall man. The pillows were uncomfortable made of synthetic material,. Having to leave when our stay was over!. Wifi was a bit hit and miss. No hot meal at breakfast. the noise in the street at night, but it was the peak of tennis matches and lots of young people from Sockholm etc were making the best of it to have fun. So it was no t something that the hotel was not to be blamed of. the bed was uncomfortable for us. Occasional night time noise from the street. We would really have appreciated the offer of a "top" sheet since the room was very warm overnight. -From our room (right next to the stairs), we could hear every single person walking by to and fro. -Price was a bit 'salty' even for a Nordic hotel of this caliber (compared to what we got with the money), but perhaps it was the medieval week... Our room was small and needed an extractor fan in the bathroom.
