The apartment was located brilliantly, right beside the main square in the heart of the Gothic quarter. Only a minute away from the main Rambla Nova and a 10-minute walk to the beach. Couldn't have asked for better. Absolutely beautiful city with few tourists! Better if you have the lingo though the locals are very friendly and helpful when they know you are foreign.
The staff at the Hotel Urbis were welcoming, helpful and efficient. Our apartment was clean and well maintained and I cannot think of a better location within Tarragona; right in the heart of the old town but on a street so quiet that a restful vacation was had.所有 评语 »
Great well equipped apartment, Plenty of room and located in a quiet part of the old town. Very near to the Cathedral, loads of restaurants and most of the Roman places of interest. Lovely beach at Arrabasada, just a 20 minute walk out of town.
Location..
It was cheap.
The only flaw In the apartment I can think of was the shower drain: it did not drain the water away very quickly so the bathroom floor became flooded if you did not take care.
Couldn't get the hot water to work and there isn't a phone in the apartment to contact anyone to fix it...
The apartment was located ages away from where you pikced up the keys si we had to get another taxi. It was also incovenient having to drop the keys bag.
We booked a room with a double bed and bunk beds but when we got to the apartment there was no bunk beds so my daughter and I slept on a very uncomfortable sofa bed that had no pillows.
The lift was not working ad the hall area smelled pretty bad from damp.
