  Great welcoming and efficient staff, amazing food, comfortable rooms, when it comes to the hotel itself it is superb and I would certainly recommend it!!   The staff was very helpful, they brought us by car to and from the hotel and also came to get us from Cota 1400 when we got caught in the rain. The hotel is modern, clean and our room on the 4th floor had a great view of the mountains and a large balcony.   There is no smoking in public areas. I especially appreciated that they also provided a babycot (no extra cost). Hotel is very clean and staff friendly. I have no idea if we had 3* or 4* room but it was very nice! Location is convenient, close to train station, Sinaia Casino and cable car station.   Everything in the hotel was great and an excellent location. We were able to leave our luggage until 2pm and did not have to vacate our room until 1pm when we returned from th mountain. - Great Location.   1. Staff was nice and supportive with info we needed on some tourstic attractions, restaurants, calling taxi. 2. We got an upgrade on our room when checking in. 3. The room had an amazing view to the mountains, large space, nice bathroom, minibar, very very warm. 4. Breakfast was very good, rustic with traditional Romanian foods. 5.   Everything there was good. The foods were really tasty, the personnel was friendly and nice. I truly recommend visiting this hotel. When i'll visit Romania i'll surely stay there again. - A very friendly atmosphere, and a large and comfortable room. Next to the big Carrefour and Shopping Center.

  The owners are really friendly and professional. They know how to make the tourists feel good. The design of the hotel is very beautiful, modern and the structure and the rooms are very confortable. They have a wonderful ballroom that can be rented for parties and weddings.
