Staff welcoming and friendly, ready to assist; hotel is clean, breakfast fine, except the scrambled eggs (not fresh), sausages and poor coffee... But we travelled this summer in Prague and Rome and it was worse, in 3* hotel, means we have to spend some 30+eur more/night for a good caffee in the morning... The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. They treat you as a very important customer and for those travelling abroad this saves a lot of confusion with organising arrangements.

Sufficiently close to the city center Clean appearance Modern interior WiFi working well. very friendly, clean, located near the city centre, free Internet. The location is perfect, walking distance into the city center. For the price you realy got the best. Nice staff, good English. everything was nice and i enjoyed my stay. Great location and staff . Location and breakfast. Breakfast included. I liked the staff very much, they were very friendly. The breakfast was ok and it was at a good price. It was clean. good location, frindly staff. Location. Good location. The shower tub sewage works slow, that's an old weak point, as my son also told us since some year ago... Car parking of the hotel should be better signed and visible, so that you don't have to stop in front (limited), than go back and put the car at its place. Perhaps the breakfast could be changed a little.I Know that buffet style is preferred by many people but as I am not one of them so a mixed omelette, hot coffee and a range of fruit would be better for me personally even at a higher price of 6 or 7 Euros. Anyway not a big problem really. The buffet breakfast could have more variety but it is adequate. The wifi sifgnal was very poor at 3rd floor .The tv was pretty small . Smell of cooked food early in the morning in the rooms. I didnt like the room because it was to small, a small bathroom and a little window on the ceiling.With this money you can find something better. a not very cozy room, with the bath odour covered by some cheap sweet spray for interiors. I stayed at better places at the same price. The parking spaces are not clearly identified. We confused the parking lots with the one belonging to Pensiunea Dumbrava and we had a lot of problems because of this confusion. The bathroom had a terrible smell and the walls were so thin that we could perfectly hear our neighbor's phone conversation.
