I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They greeted me, smiled, and took care of everything without delay, whether it was at the reception desk or restaurant. The facility was new and clean. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, especially considering the low price. The WiFi was fast and free. 所有评语 » Everything was perfect!!! There was nothing wrong to say about this hotel!! The staff was so kind! The room was perfectly cleaned!! Everything was shining. The bathroom was amazing!! new, clean, big, beautiful with multioptional shower! The breakfast was perfect - everything you need was there! EVERYTHING - eggs, ham, cheese, cereals, coffee, tea, bread, dark bread, milk, FRESH juices and vegetables, juices, salads etc. The location was also perfect!! Just near the Warszawa Okecie - the shuttle. It is a brand new hotel, very modern with a nice design, conveniently located 4min from the airport. Free shuttle will take you there every 30 minutes. Rooms are very quiet, spacious, nicely decorated with airport / airplane theme. Bed is Fabulous, bathroom has everything you need, including cream and conditioner. Breakfast (included) is excellent, with a lot of choice. It is far better than a lot of 4 stars hotels I have been to!. Comfortable, clean room with coffee/tea; iron etc. Quiet room with darkening curtains for good sleep. 24 hours snack bar. Excellent breakfast with some Polish specialties ( for those coming back home or willing to try). Excellent free of charge shuttle bus - on time and in no time bringing you to/from the airport. No slippers. Bathroom light wouldn't turn off. Nothing!. you only have to accept the distance to the city centre. Its really close to the airport so its perfect if you r in the city just for businness, but its almost 30 minutes to the center of the city. The water in the shower was lukewarm at its best. Apart from that the stay was perfect. The hotel location is pointed on the maps incorrectly. The map refers to building 39, 17 Stycznia. The hotel is building No. 39F and it is located almost at the cross of 17 Stycznia and Zwirki i Wigury. Parking should be included in the room price, not paid additionaly. Nothing. only instant coffee for breakfast... No complains... Windows cannot be opened No refrigerator Armchair is too narrow and too short Toilet in the bathroom. WiFi didn't work in my room, had to go to the lobby. Taxable parking for hotel clients, poor menu for dinner. Hotel place, it was dificult to find it. Why need to pay before staying at hotel?. Airport bus driver probably doesn't like his job. Everything was great. Staff serving breakfast should be more sedulous... Sometimes there were lack of meals. Snak bar could have been automatic. Open snack bar was little disruptive with little child.
