The staff were pleasant and helpful without being pushy. My room was of a good standard and comfortable. The self service breakfast was good and catered for most tastes. The hotel was surprisingly quiet given its close proximity to the centre of Stavanger - a very convenient location. great staff, great place, i love bfast. staff wery friendly and helpful. I dont know name but guy from reception he spoke with us in lift and he was great , he did his job great.
所有评语 » The staff was amazing. Incredibly kind and helpfull. A good quality-price rate and great location, besides the harbor and close to the centrum. The location is great right at the harbor with many restaurants. There is a nearby public parking garage available. WiFi was free of charge. Excellent location, just in the heart of Stavanger. The lunch and coffee for long fjord voyages are provided for reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff with good local knowledge and excellent fluency in English; good breakfast buffet; comfortable room. A beautiful location to be near everything downtown. Staff was incredible. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast and tea available. Had a mini bar and ice machine. Very welcoming staff, clean & comfortable, good breakfast room, centrally located. Position - so convenient. Friendly, helpful staff. Free drinks all day. WiFi was not working flawlessly, but it was working good most of the time (can be difficult for vpn or remote working but ok for browsing and email). Breakfast was a bit limited in terms of variety of food. The room could be a bit cleaner. A lot of dust everywhere. The cost - but we knew that prices in Scandinavia are always high and were prepared!. Advertised soup and bread midday, but this didn't exist. Nothing. Pity there are no evening meals. Beds quite soft, but its not really an issue. Walls are a bit thin so you hear other guests' TVs. without air conditioning at times a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night. A lot of noise from weekend party bars close by. No parking. Only 10 cable channels available. The price was quite high for a room of this type and standard. But it was last minute so only to be expected. The room was quite small. Rooms not very soundproof. Not better.
