Large, comfortable, well furnished room with air con and view over attractive courtyard and swimming pool (where you can also dine if you wish). Rose petals scattered on the bed each day. Very pleasant, helpful, English-speaking staff. Everywhere recently decorated and spotlessly clean. Really good buffet breakfast included - all fresh food, including the squeezed orange juice, and selection of just baked breads, eat as much as you like. Lunch and dinner available if reqd at reasonable extra c.

Good restaurants and convenience shops nearby. - Nice setup at the beach. - The pool was at a perfect temperature. - Good food and drinks at the restaurant. - Breakfast was nice and hot. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. very. The location was good. 10 minutes walk to the beach and the seaside promenade. Close to hotel is supermarket with beer and wine (!!!). The breakfast with chease, jam and sausage. Really great affordable accomodation. Has roller shutters on window so lovely quiet dark rooms for a restful holiday. Would recommend highly! Nice and close walk to the beach with fab fenced off area to chill out. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. There was secure onsight parking. Breakfast was good. The hotel does offer the use of a private area on the beach and also have their own pool. I really liked the swimming pool.The location wasn't too bad .The manager went out of his way to make my stay worthwhile but only after he got to know I wasn't going to be treated second best. -Friendly at reception/restaurant (also English) -Good breakfast (buffet) -Good beds - Nice sized clean room -Nice pool and small outside cozy area. It's really an amazing hotel plus a very nice breakfast. You will definitely have a great time there. It is very good value for money. Room confortable and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. The pool is definitely the best of this hotel (at least in summer). It was very refreshing to enjoy it after a hot day outside. Although it's relatively close to the beach there is not a lot to see around. For visiting Coco Polizzi from the hotel you need a taxi. Personnel and breakfast are ok. If you don't want a sea view it's a quick walk to the promenade. Hotel has own private area on beach with sun beds (small but handy). Nothing, everything was perfect. - At night, it's difficult to get to somebody who has the authority to make decisions in case you have a problem. Fortunately, things ended up working out. There was no lift. Internet didn't work when I got there but after some hard talk with staff there they eventually got it up and running. -10 mins walk to the beach, not a problem for us though.... Breakfast can be improved. Ok for Moroccan standards. Noisy French people who exhibited no sensitivity to other guests. If you woke up late for breakfast, you get only leftovers. They need to make sure the food stay fresh and there is enough for people who wakes up late. No beach towel was provided.There were minimum amenities in the room. There is no small fridge in the rooms. The shower drain was not working properly and even we have reporte it they did not fix it. Also toilet was not working properly. limited breakfast. The location wasn't the best. The bathroom was very old, not very clean and with some tiles broken. I didn't feel very good taking a shower there. This place is a bit worn out - certainly the bath room needed renovating and seemed to have a moist problem. Mould around top 2ft of walls&ceiling in bathroom and awful smell. Woken both mornings by cleaning staff at 6am banging and talking (request a room not on ground floor) Wifi only available in lobby.
