I was so tired when I arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m., I got a quick meal at the restaurant, changed into my sleep shirt got into bed and slept 9 hours straight (I had to be at the airport at 4 a.m. the next morning). The room air conditioning was set at the perfect temperature, the bed was very clean and extremely comfortable. I loved the soap in the bathroom. It felt so good on my skin. It was a stress free visit. The desk awoke me in time to get ready for the airport and catch my flight. .
所有评语 » A very helpful tourist information staff member supplying us with maps and instructions for using the subway. He couldn't have been better. The room was large and comfortable. The TV had many channels. A very good shuttle service. Easy access to subway. 1. Coffee on each floor - hot too. 2. Buffet - quality & variety of foods. 3. Business Center - had someone to help me. 4. Shuttle from airport. 5. Didn't feel like everyone had their hand out looking for tips all the time. Very attentive.... worked fast at front desk although there were many people. Good location for connecting flights at Mexico City airport and a great breakfast buffet. Very good value for the money. Perfect for a night to relax before boarding a flight. Comfortable bed. good food. I would definitely stay here again when traveling. Location was great and the airport shuttle was brilliant. Breakfast was fantastic with lot's of choices. Proximity to the airport with pickup and drop facility. Always available staff for all kinds of requests. The staff was courteous. Girl kept saying "its coming," but it wasn't 2. Nothing else. Nothing. Nothing really!. Food was average. None... The bathtub was to old. Is a bit annoying that you could not book romm and breakfast together; but there is breakfast and quite a good one actually. I don't know if it was at the hotel or the street or what, but a terrible drain smell in the morning. pool dirty, no transportation from the airport to the hotel. Can't think of anything. The price is a little to much. Thought it was 68.00 dollars a night and when checked out it was 103.00 per night. Not worth money value, it's an old and pretty bad conditions building. You can find a better option. Very noisy! People were still partying very loudly at 4:00am. We will never go back. Front desk staff were terrible but other staff were friendly. Don't expect Much from the front desk, get checked in and enjoy the nice room and good location!. that fact that once again..''your credit card doesn't go through sir'' when I have just used it somewhere else and also did leaving the hotel..a huge inconvenience having to fork out dollars which I did not want to spend. Bathroom was outdated, not comfortable. Room was not cozy. The room is in terrible condition. The bath had been painted at some point and now the paint is peeling. The wash basin is cracked. The carpets are in bad condition. old fashion and depressing hotel. I have a problem to find my room. The floor covering stank mustiness in the room. Will never go there again! Very old hotel, Equipment, lower standard then other fiesta Inn ... The hotel is old, not clean, smells bad. Looks like a 1 star hotel not 4. I do not recommend it.
