1) Linda attended us with an email stating the details she required as soon as we made our reservation through letsbookhotel.com 2) Linda was very courteous to call & confirm our arrival time on the day itself (before she went out for lunch), making sure her team was there to expect our arrival at the apartment lobby. 3) The apartment is value for money. Like others said, home away home!.
所有评语 » The strategic location of the apartment. Various types of food stalls within a walking distance. The apartment surroundings is clean and peaceful. You don't have the feeling like you are in the heart of town. Most importantly the staffs (Linda & a her new colleague) that greeted us was friendly and Linda even remembered me as this was my second visit to Noble Villa after 1 year. The apartment is big and clean. Although the location is slightly off the city centre, there is no problem to travel around if you hire a car. Generally quite a quiet environment. The WIFI is wonderfully great! We enjoyed our stay there!. Nice and clean apartment with nice kits playing ground and swimming pool. The apartment is fully furnished with almost everything and also with washing machine. I recommend it for family, and I will definitely come again to this nice place. Usd 100 per night for 3 bedroom unit is more than reasonable. Well maintained with few astro channels. Nice hawker food within 2km radius. Easily accesible and strategic / quiet location. the apartment is very clean & person in charged, Ms Linda is friendly. Its comfortable and near to town. Best location to stay in Penang city town. The 3 b'room apartment came with a double bed, twin and single. The sitting hall and dining area was pretty big. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Overall, clean. The apartment is spacious, amenities provided, free wifi, free parking, clean and comfortable. location was ok although you need some walk enough rooms for a family. The cleanniless and the layout of the apartment. The ASTRO channels were too few compare to the other apartment I used to stay. I would not say dislike but just a feedback, the car parks are narrow :). I hope to see more entertainment channels being subscribed for the cable TV. The available programs are quite boring to watch on vacation. No reception and now daily housekeeping. The name of the apartments “Noble Villa” is not known by most of the taxi drivers, although it’s perfectly located famous street in the heart of the City. Too many one-way street. Missed certain road to reach destination. The lift is too small to accommodate 5 of us. cant pay credit card. The water flowing out from outlet in bath tub onto the bathroom floor. Some pillows are not comfortable. Please provide extra pillows. The lift is quite old but in working condition. nothing. nothing. Some parts of bathroom need some improvement. no body in office,no contact number in entrance. Exterior is old... Can'y pay credit card. the bed in second bedroom if family booking, it is must be queen size not single.. Air con units for the rooms with double bed and twin beds needs to be replaced. These more than 20 year old units were blowing warm instead of cool air. The location is quite far from city center/old town, unless you bring your own car or rent a car. Not for people who likes to walk for food/shopping. staff did not brief us using the gadgets at home no cleaning and towel change during the stay only cash payment no credit cards. Check in time too late, delay until 3.00pm, check in, the staff is still doing housekeeping. The morning security not friendly.
