Location...it is near the Osaka central bus station where the kansai airport bus service stops and its virtually a spit away..and wonderfully the hotel has a very nice food market/grocery where you can buy delicious and authentic japanese food including sushi, sashimi, tonkatsu and even traditional japanese dishes like squids and dried fish in this one food market/grocery in the basement of the hotel...besides the hotel is linked to the main osaka subway station of namba where you can plan and .
所有评语 » The location is great so close to the metro stations. The supermarket below is great to buy anything you need included the cheapest alcohol we've seen anywhere. The full size reproduction of an English church on the 22nd floor is amusing. All rooms are big and with a great view over the city. This hotel cost us less than what a lousy motel in Australia would cost. Japanese hotels know how to make you happy with everything you'll need supplied in the room like shavers, toothbrushes, combs, irons. We left our luggage at the hotel a day earlier because we wanted to travel to Mt. Koya. When we went back to check in at 3 pm our luggage was already delivered to the room. One of the rooms was not ready yet, so all of us went to the first room. 5 minutes later, the same reception staff hand delivered the key to the other room! My 6 year old son received a snack box and a kid amenity kid and he was excited. On top of that, both of our rooms were upgraded! That, coming at the end of our holida. The hotel was so easy to find as it was just above the shopping mall and 3 mins away from the subway and a few more mins away from jr. Super convenient for food with a huge supermarket below (go after 9pm to get great discounted foodstuff) and 5 mins walk to the long underground shopping mall. And abt 15mins to Dontoburi Namba. Room was good enough for the 3 of us and loved the ammenities in the room. Easy, hasslefree check out. The hotel was lovely, the staff were very friendly and professional & spoke perfect English. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We appreciated having English instructions on how to use the air conditioner, as we didn't get this at other hotels. Very close to transport and shopping and breakfast was great too! By far the nicest and best value hotel that we stayed at in Japan. The location of this hotel is great especially if you're using public transportation. I requested a non-smoking room and was given one. The room was clean and comfortable and the view over Osaka was great. Staff at the reception were friendly and professional. I wasn't particularly blown away by anything at this hotel but, then again, I wouldn't mind staying again. The location of the hotel is awesome! It's located just a stone throw away from both subway & jr line - so that makes wherever you want to go really easy. Around the hotel, there are many yakitori bars/restaurants which are really good & reasonably priced! The room size is pretty huge, considering it's Japan hotel! We booked the standard room only. Very good location and easily accessible from KIX via the airport limousine bus service as it is just next to Namba OCAT. Short walking distance to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi area which offers plenty for both shopping and dining. The rooms design are very nice and comfortable and we like the added security of a separate security access at the lift lobby. Very near to namba station.. Just few mins walk.. Good city view rooms.. Very close to the shopping street Dotonbori.. Many dining places near by.. There was a small church on the 22nd floor which added to the ambience.. Safe and clean..break fast was not included in the room price.. But there were many other cheaper options nearby.. -The location-one can easily access to hotel from Osaka-Namba station without getting out of the building. But check-in needs going to 22nd floor, unlike other hotels -Spacious room -Near OCAT building where you can get a shuttle bus to/from KIX at 1,000JPY. Very convenient though using elevators at OCAT needs a survey!. The rooms were comfortable and mostly clean. The hotel is in a great location with easy walking distance to train stations and popular shopping and eating areas. Our view from one room overlooked Osaka and was magnificent. However, the other room we booked was supposed to have a view over Osaka too but didn't. location near to Namba JR station is very good! I took airport limousine OCAT which is just downstairs of the hotel. Also there is a supermarket at the basement opening until 00:00 which is very convenient! Staff are nice and good english speaking. Room is relatively bigger than other hotel in osaka!. Location......we use the limousine airport bus from the airport to this hotel, which is located next to OCAT terminal. It only cost us 1000 Yen Varied bread available for breakfast at bakery in next building. Or, you could bought potato salad or others in a quite big supermarket near it. We loved the British theme to this hotel, the understated style of the decor and the high level of comfort. The room was small but well designed, very quiet and quite luxurious. The location is excellent - close to Namba shops, subway and JR train, and there's a HUGE supermarket nearby. Great position-right next to JR Namba and OCAT bus to Kansai airport. 10mins walk to Shinsaibashi and Dontonbori for shopping and great food. Very nice view for Osaka from the room. The Location is adjacent to JR Station, On the first floor there is supermarket which is open almost 18 hours a day. Monterey Grashmere is the perfect hotel I Choose. It's literally outside of the Namba station. You can't miss it. The room is also quite spacious. The hotel itself offers quite an interesting interior, but we didn't spend much time in the hotel and ventured out to Dotonbori area instead. Very well located within Namba area, right next to rail, subway and bus stations. Obviously Namba offers huge variety of dining options and easy connectivity to the rest of Osaka as well as neighboring cities: Kobe, Nara, Kyoto, etc. A great hotel for touring the city. Fantastic location, close to all amenities including shops, train and subway lines and restaurants. Room amenities are quite basic inspite the fact that the hotel presents itself to be a 'british-styled' manor...its a little bit-kitsch for me and my wife who both studied in the uk and knows a thing or two about 'british-ness'...over-all the hotel is still a good stay and comfortable...albeit I would recommend to get any room higher than 24th floor...regardless my 11 year old daughter loved this hotel because of the food market below it.... The check out time is early at 11 am, not unusual in Japan. Our flight that day is 11 pm. There is a chargeable option we could take to extend the room on hourly basis. The only downside to this hotel was that it was not easy to reach from the Shin-Osaka station when arriving via shinkansen. There were 4 changes to make if using the jr lines (you should use the subway!). Quite easy to reach the airport though!. The air-cond in the room we stayed in made funny noises. But that was quickly fixed when we told the reception. Inconvenience of getting to hotel lobby at 6th floor from the 1st floor and have to take another lift to reach the hotel rooms. Nothing. A young female front desk personnel, unfriendly+impolite manner which I never thought I could possibly encounter in Japan! Shame on you! You disgraced your working place ranked as a high-class business hotel in Osaka. The others are just opposite; generally they are good and polite. I booked. Nothing. The air conditioning blew straight onto the bed. We ended up sleeping up the other end of the bed as it would blow straight on you. There is no safe in the room. Not sure if there's a pool or a gym. Not many places to eat. Lack of gym was a downside for me. Opening times bar. Not crazy about the houndstooth wallpaper in our room. A few more details in English for operating the A/C would be nice. We had to take the lift to the 21th floor and then to change to another lift to get to the 30th floor where our hotel room was located. nothing. No hot spring baths. The room was a little small, need to move some furniture to be able to open 2 luggages. - would have welcomed a comfier armchair so could sit and read. - sister hotel in Osaka Business Park has onsen - this would have made this hotel my definite go to choice next time. The room are slightly small, but i would still stay here again. Room a bit small to open suitcases. Room size can be bigger but i guess its consider big in Japan standard. no safe. Hotel rates are very high during peak season. The room is quite small, no space to put babay cot. Nothing. No guest laundromat. Rooms are a little tired, but perfectly functional.
