We loved this hotel. Everything about it is amazing. The owners have literally built this hotel from several refurbished homes and have created an amazing oasis for weary travelers. The staff were so helpful and even offered us a ride to the airport when we ran into them, even though we weren't staying with them anymore. We weren't sure how it would be when booking it, so stayed some place else at the other end of our trip after island hopping for a few days. I wish we had stayed here at b.
所有评语 » Marianne was very friendly and helpful. She set us up with an excellent tour guide of Old Town Rhodes and Lindos. The studio apartment was beautifully furnished and charming. It was in a great location in the old Turkish quarter of the historical city center. It is within walking distance to all the sights to see in the city, but quiet at night to get a good night's rest. The garden and rooftop terrace were a small piece of paradise. Thanks for a wonderful stay!. The interior & exterior surroundings of the hotel are beautifully designed in keeping with the very old building of the hotel. There is a lovely rear garden where guests can relax as well as a spacious & attractive roof terrace where guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast. Location is in a very quiet part of the Old Town & staff are very friendly & helpful. The S. Nikolas is a beautiful, historic hotel with a comfortable inviting atmosphere. Marianne, the proprietor, was extremely helpful and warm. She really made the hotel a wonderful experience us. She provided great recommendations to tour the island of Rhodes and restaurants that were for local rather than tourist restaurants. Everything about this hotel was amazing but Marianne, the owner, made it spectacular. She is such a nice woman with great recommendations and truly loves Rhodes and the history there. The rooms were decorated beautifully and the outdoor patio was so nice to relax and just have a glass of wine or cafe. Stay here!. The owners and staff were wonderful and could not do enough to help us. Everywhere was so clean and pretty. The garden area was beautiful and a wonderful setting to sit and chill out with a glass of wine! We stayed in one of the apartments, which had a lovely courtyard. We are planning our next visit for September. The owners Sotiris and Marianna immediately make you feel at home and relaxed. We were offered a choice of the bespoke rooms which have been lovingly and sensitively restored within an ancient courtyard building. Very quiet and secluded and comfortable in this protected historic enclave of Rhodes Town. A very nice view of the castle and sea, breakfast is very good. Marianne, the host, manages a family organization. She is helpful and very knowledgeable. I loved location of the hotel too. San Francisco gate is a nice intersection.!. This is a hotel with great character in the Old Town of Rhodes. It is a wonderfully restored building in an excellent location, near restaurants and historical sites. The staff members were friendly and most helpful. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic in the old city of Rhodes. Close to all shops and tourist attractions. The service from marianna and her family was exceptional. Nothing beats the personal touch. A small, simple but beautiful hotel in the medieval core of Rhodes. The room was sparsely furnished but functional, and so was the small but clean bathroom. It's a lovely place. Everything at S.Nikolis was just perfect: location, rooms, staff, breakfast , garden - a beautiful, romantic, quiet oase in the Old Town of Rhodes - it´s highly recommendable!. Great value for money. The location is great and the furnishings are interestingly old fashioned. I liked everything: the owners and their hospitality, the suite I stayed in (very cozy) plus a superb location. The hotel was wonderful and owners friendly and very helpful. It was like living in a fantasy castle. Excellent location, helpful staff,relatively less expensive than other hotels. Friendly Staff Amazing period property Great Location Air conditioning. Location and hosts were a definite bonus. There was NOTHING to dislike. nothing. There was nothing I did not like. Through no fault of the hotel (we should have asked about getting to the hotel before we set off) we were ripped off by an unscrupulous taxi who dropped us outside the old town, and nowhere near the hotel. As a result we had to drag our cases a long way over cobbles. Nothing. Nothing I can think of. A bit outdated, in need of an update especially the bathroom. Some improved lighting would also go a long way.
