  Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. The hotel is nice and cozy,and has only 4 rooms. Staff was very fri - Very good location, 10 min walk from buzzing Fira but much more quiet. Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it. Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes it worth it.

  The views were breath taking, i woke up every morning feeling like I was in a postcard. I almost had to e dragged out kicking and screaming I didn't want to leave - The wonderful view of Caldera. The staff are very nice and friendly. I like their white t-shirt uniforms. Everything seems perfect.

  The location is a little bit remote without a car, but this provides more privacy. I think it's a very nice location compare to the rather busier and noisier Oia or Fira. The view is superb and you can see both sunrise and sunset on both sides of the hotel. The service of the staffs are second to none.   I can not speak highly enough of my experience at Villa Nireas. Alex and Maria were overwhelmingly helpful and accommodating. They are friendly and took a real interest in assisting us and advising on places to go. The apartment is new and is very comfortable with everything you need to feel at home. It's a family run business and you are treated like family.
