Well, first of all this hotel is mostly about staff. Alessandro and Mary were so amazing, kind, nice, caring and helpful that they made our whole experience perfect. They would never reject help no matter what we asked for and even in the way they speak it is clear that they don't fake it. They are actually happy to help and go extra mile for their guests. 所有评语 » The staff was very helpful; the room was basic, but clean and for the cheap price we paid it was really perfect. The hotel is at walking distance to the sea and the Palais des Festivals. Staff spoke English and very helpful. Most in this town are not helpful and are tired of Americans. This hotel seems to cater to English speakers. The staff was very helpful and polite with good english language.The breakfast was good. Location and friendly staff. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is 5 minute walk to the beach and the main strip in Cannes. The Staff was very friendly, extremelly helpful and acomodating. It made the difference for me. Service is acceptable but the location was a bit quiet when walking back at night. Fairly convenient for the Palais and main meeting/eating/drinking areas. the place of the hotel. location. If you are very unlucky you might experience the soundproof issue, but it is common to all hotels. Thin walls. The rooms are small but clean and tidy. No hot water for shower in morning!. on the second day, the water is not hot enough but then it got better. The shower water wouldn't remain a constant temperature - it would go from freezing to boiling hot in seconds and then back to freezing. This really ruined it for us as we were only staying for one night whilst travelling along the French Riviera. All we needed after a long day of site seeing when we came in after dinner at 10pm was a decent shower and bed. I requested one large/double bed however we had a double bed and also a single bed in the room! The bed was ok. Do not underestimate the word SMALL. I am 6'4" and the room and bathroom could barely fit me in. Wi-fi was unstable. Somewhat Noisy as isolation was poor. My room next to the 7 lane main road was a disaster, kept me awake all night. And the mirror fell off the wall whilst i was shaving! The second night on the other side of the hotel was peaceful and fine however. the room was basement. 9 euros for burnt quasont.
