We stayed on the 23rd floor. The room was spacious, minimally but modernly decorated. Bed was fantastic. The in-room media center welcomed us upon our arrival and was very convenient. The bathroom was great and the buthtub excellent. Very convenient and space-saving drawers and cabinets in the room. And the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was magnificent, overlooking Copenhagen, the plains, the sea and the windturbines in it!! We felt very comfortable in our room in all respects. A moder.
所有评语 » I attended a conference at the Bella Center. The hotel offered a good rate during the Conference, making it affordable to stay there. Some bargain hunters sacrificed comfort to stay at the nearby Metro Cabinn Inn. The Bella Sky is a lovely hotel. Clean, new, beautiful. The room felt luxurious, especially compared to the Cabinn Inn where the rooms come with bunk beds. It is a short train ride from the City center. If you are coming to visit Copenhagen, you may want to stay in the City center. . Mostly - the design and comfort of the room! The design was really impressive - and it was dedicated entirely to the guests comfort! The room was very clean and had all the facilities you may need, including free wifi internet access. Very good breakfast offered in the main restaurant. We liked also the location - not in the city center but close to a metro station, whith regular and fast connection to the center, the new aquarium and the airport. Polite and helpful staff at the reception. Than. Prachtig design hotel ! Alles is gewoon top, ook de service die je van het personeel krijgt. Dit hotel is een absolute aanrader als je Kopenhagen bezoekt ! Wij hadden een Deluxe Double room geboekt en zaten op de 16 de verdieping. Fabuleus uitzicht, prachtige grote kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Ook lekkere lunch of dinnermogelijkheden in het hotel. De Skybar op het 23ste is prachtig. Metro naar de stad vlakbij het hotel, je bent op 10min in de stad. Een aanrader !. the location is excellent, the metro works really nice. we were given a room with a view (although we booked a cheaper basic double room without the view) beds are great, rooms are almost soundproof or there were noone next to us. breakfast is good for that type of hotel (short stays). everything works really nice and you can trust us on this one because my wife and i are both architects and we often did designes for hotels. however... This was a funky designed hotel which was fun but it would not be considered luxurious by american standards. It is far from town but close to a metro. It is expensive especially for being away from town but everything is expensive here. Bottom line if you like character and charm not for you. Comfort and ease even though outside town this is your place. The view of Copenhagen from the hotel is absolutely stunning (especially at the 23rd floor). The room was clean, big and comfortable, bathroom with shower, TV and AC. The breakfast was great with all you can need in terms of food. Metro stop (Bella Center) is located 100m of the hotel, which is much convenient. Need ESPN and BBC sorts, plus onemore english channel on tb Spa is grossly u der marketef Work out room is fabulous Lobby bar staff are pretty laid back ... could be more attentive to guests/customers. Breakfast was plentiful but too many carbs, breads. Whole property needs more marketing internationally. I like simply & minimize design of the Hotel and recommend you to upgrade just K150.- and they will give you 22th Top floor of Tower2 from window you can see Airport / Mega ship cruise through the Ocean and it easy to go to the city just 3 stations Also 3 stations to airport. I love this Hotel. Located within easy walking distance of the metro and the city centre buses. Reception staff excellent - friendly and efficient. The views from each room were amazing. Fabulous, modern and very clean hotel. We were lucky enough to stay on 19th floor and had a lovely room (in the end, after a room change) and a fantastic bathroom. It is a bit out of town but the metro is a 5 minute walk away and super quick into town. Free working WiFi. Clean bright room. Large picture window. Contemporary design. Quiet surrounding. Roomy accommodation. Comfortable bed though a double bed is a conversion of two twin bed into one. Train stop to town is only a block away. I think the bar upstairs is beautiful with different design seats, unfortunately couldn't see the spa but bet was really good. the rooms are pretty and comfortable. the view is amazing and staff is so friendly and presented a great service. Well designed rooms, while small they feel bigger than they are. Aircon, bathroom and facilities worked well. Internet connection OK and bed was comfortable. breakfast selection was good, bar at the top of the hotel with a magnificent view. Metro friendly, easy to get to and from. Air conditioned. No large common areas to spend some elaxing time inside the hotel, although the cafe/bar in the reception area was very good. We were disappointed that the Sky Bar did not have but chips to eat... The food was very expensive. Not unlike a lot of hotels. Het hotel is vrij duur, ook het eten, maar Kopenhagen is nu eenmaal een dure stad, en het is overal duur, ook de hotels in de stad gelegen. De Deense munt staat nu eenmaal veel sterker dan onze euro ! Enige nadeel in de kamer, weinig kastruimte, voor de rest alles zeer goed. .. there is one thing. i realy hope that hotel manager would read this becasuse it is not that serious but defenetly is a surprise and it must be mentioned - we had a paper glass for toothbrushes. every time we touched the glass, or any of its content, it fell on the floor. why not the real glass or some other solution?. The staff is cold and rigid but that may be in all of Denmark. Even though I found them cold they did their jobs well, not super helpful but the expectations were met. It's expensive and far from town but easy to get to everything on the metro. I just really couldn't get over how much it cost. See above. The rooftop bar offered food but could not produce it. We spent almost an hour checking out the food situation throughout the hotel and on our return to the Rooftop were informed by the waiter that he should have told us earlier that the menu could not be served tonight. Breakfast was a processing situation in which there was no time for relaxation or enjoyment of the food. Too many people to feed too quickly. Use of pools and sauna area was very expensive. Breakfast hall crowded. As we were checked in and went to view our room, it turned out to be two single beds (even though the confirmation said double room) They had explained that their hotel as a double can be either and we had to be upgraded to a queen room as no others were available. This was at a reduced rate which wasn't so bad but I do feel this should have been complimentary. However, in the end the queen room was superb and worth the money. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Very isolated; practically nothing around during the weekend. Far from everything though the city center is only 5 train stops. the rooms instead of having a double bed, had to different beds, for a couple that can be very uncomfortable. also the price is high for a top hotel so outside of the city center. Breakfast service was slow and not quick to keep the area clean and delicious as it deserves. Nitpicking...bathroom faucet was hard not to splash yourself...poor design. But that's it, didn't mind the plastic cups or the partially frosted glass in the bathrooms. don't expect beer and food to be cheap here of course, but worth the indulgence for a couple of days. Poor quality of interior fit out finishing - will deteriorate fast. Panel loose. Hole through to room where fitting was poor. Library should include other languages. Viewing telescope only in bar which is closed during daytime. Pillows uncomfortable. Shower head already spraying everywhere so poor quality. Windows in the rooms cannot open, airconditioning is working well, but the air is very very dry. And although the air smells fresh everywehere in the hotel you really get the urge to go downstairs and step outside to get fresh air. there is room for improvement regarding some of the reception staff. overall they are nice but you may feel they are abit cool in answering questions. Coffee/tea making facility in room could be improved. Far from city center (close by metro and bus stations nevertheless, otherwise taxi would be quite expensive). The breakfast facility was split between 2 levels, the downstairs level had lesser to offer on food as the upper one. Hotel is a pet-friendly, but a price for a dog accomodation was a shock! Usually we pay about 10-15 euros for our small dog, but this hotel charged 300 krons (40 euros) per day. Be prepared. The bed was too tight, no music TV channels. I agree with many previous commentators that the hotel is simply too big for its own good. The breakfast turns into a busy mess, and the reception wait could also take time. Then there is the question of the design vs. choice of materials in the rooms. The many scratches on the tables in the room, and stains on the armchair etc. simply reduces the overall impression unnecessarily. The restaurant was by the way very expensive. weak wifi signal in room on 11..floor but strong signals all over the hotel on lower floors. The spa pool was out during our stay and breakfast was overcramed so we were sent to the ovreflow area with less facilities. No glasses in room. Justin Bieber was staying. Restaurant staff too keen to clean tables with smelly cleaning fluid. Towels a bit thin. Beds could clamp together. The shower heads had alot of calcium deposites, so the water spray went everywhere!! The rooms could have been a cleaner!. Out of the city area, no shopping complex nearby BUT compensated with excellent public transport). Bus and metro stations just around the corner!!!!!!. N/A. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself, location a bit out of the way but easy to get to city. The cocktails in the lounge were expensive however the ambiance and location was what was valuable. Pretty much nothing to say. Cups for complimentary coffee in our room where paper cups, this seems at odds with the hotels designer look. Unusual pricing policy: I changed rooms to have a double bed instead of two twins, and ended up with a bathroom only half the size of the first room. The price however stayed the same. The rooms are never the less quite small. restaurant prices high: for fries and soup and a glass of wine and a beer cost was 300 DK (about 50 US$). Nothing. Bike which I rented from hotel was not so clean and I got a stain. - everthing was good!. Difficult to get food after 9pm. We arrived on a flight at 8pm and when we got to the hotel were told there were no eating options at that hour. Not really perfect view from 22th floor).
