The location was excellent, it was in the old town and very close to everything. The apartment was very nicely decorated and very compfortable. We could also use all the facilities in the 5 star intercontinental hotel next to us. We stayed 5 nights but didn't book breakfast. The safe in our room broke the first day we were there and the night manager (Pavel) in the hotel came to help us. It wasn't a big issue for us because we didn't really need it. 所有评语 » Very good location, related to Intercontinental hotel which is 10 meters away so can have all hotel services, friendly staff, clean room, good design, comfortable beds, good restaurant on the roof with nice view of the old town. Transfer to the airport with bmw 5 series at the price of regular taxi. We would definately go back and recommend to anyone going to Prague. The location was fantastic. The apartment was spacious and clean in fact it was owned by the Intercontinental Hotel that was next door. We actually had to use the reception area in the Intercontinental to book in and had the use of their facilities. Best part was it was cheaper than a room in the Intercontinental and the apartment was serviced each day. Perfect location. All services of Intercontinental hotel w/o the price of the hotel. Rooms are suites w/mini kitchen, can make our own meals, no need to eat out 3 meals a day, save money and no need to pay for hotel breakfast. Kept clean, like a hotel room. Super location for city trip. All needed is present in the apartement including microwave+oven, dishwasher, towels, ropes, etc. Use of hotel facilities like swimming pool, fitness rooms, etc. Very quick responce to qeustions and superb concierges service. LOCATION! It's to the side of the Intercontinental Hotel Prague and as a guest you have access to the hotel's facilities. My wife and I were very happy with our accommodations and truly enjoyed Prague. If we visit again, we will stay here. Shower leaked, they just wiped up when we told them about it. Bed & pillow were a bit too soft for our liking. Elevator is VERY slow. Missing are long or soft drink glasses and some mugs for tea. No coffee machine availible but there is an waterboiler. No soap in kitchen is somewhat unhandy. But overal a absolute 9.9. Check your bill before paying. Our friends were charged expensive breakfast they didn't had. We were charged CK1500 for 'Miscellanous'. They were refunded immediately after asking questions, but isn't trust worthy. Nothing to say. Liked everything. staff was not very professional, was not clean enough which contained some spiders in the room. No direct link to the InterContinental hotel, so to go to the spa, you have first to walk 10 meters in the street which not really fun when it's -5° :-). Nothing. Pillows could me much better for those who have problems with neck. No toiletries, total lack of the usual bathroom extra, no tea coffee sugar or milk provided for welcoming drink The apartment was on a small size and full of stale smoke. The need to go outside to access the Intercontinental Hotel facilities.
