Its location near the old town and the kindness of employees. The staff.location and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Excellent location, central for exploring Prague - didn't need to use cabs at all. I visited with my teenage daughter, our twin room was very comfortable, large and well laid out, perfect for us to share.The location of the hotel is just the best possible.
所有评语 » The Location was excellent. Right where you want to be for all the Tourist and Social Activities. The Staff were great, One of the Reception staff even pulled out his guitar and played us a few tunes. Excellent staff service, wonderful location right in the center of prague, reasonable prices. The location,the nice rooms and the friendly service.Hotel is very central and is good value for money. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The room was fine with a very firm but comfy bed, ideal for someone like me with a back problem. The negative things we read in the guest reviews were in the main things that did not effect us and were often in our opinion unreasonable expectations for the price or for staying in an old building. Excellent staff!!. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The location of the hotel is great. great location in the Old Centre of the town. Great location. The staff at the reception seem to do a good job, always ready to answer questions and try to help out!!. Did not know that it was on the first floor of the building and that there was no lift. However the staff were more than happy to help us with our luggage.The entrance to the hotel was via a shared internal staircase, we met a couple staying with a baby in a pushchair who struggled with this aspect - not a problem otherwise and worth it for the locaiton. A lift/elevator would have been nice.The rooms were really hot and there was no air conditioning or fan so I had trouble sleeping. Insaying this it was a very hot time for Prague, so most other times of the year this wouldn't be a problem. There were also people shouting and singing on a couple of the nights that made it hard to sleep. Internet was not free, WIFI was only in the lobby, no baggage room to store a persons goods.The entrance of the building.And maybe put an elevator,at least for the luggages. The breakfast is fine, but the better items on the buffet do not get topped up properly after 9.00am. This is not a hotel you should stay in if you have any problems using stairs and is best recommended for able bodied adults.The noise from the restaurant below. No elevator!. One comment about the curtains...We couldnt close the curtains totally. There should e more privacy which will be done by replacing the curtain system.Too small space for the breakfast room. Curtains in the room were not big enough to close for privacy and I had to pull them across and tie them together to atain some privacy. permanent noise from the heating system (?) and the price that is different from the one indicated in the confirmation of the reservation. Indeed! Breakfast was bad. Items of food that ended, were not replaced at all. Cleaning of rooms not good enough. Some days towels were not replaced. Extra supply of toilet paper never available (had to ask the reception). Bad quality of room. One of the closet sliding doors was stuck. Main light in room (ceiling) did not work. Shower head almost falling down. Carpets seemed old and worn.it wasn't good. the hotel was dirty.
