  Stayed here 2 years ago as part of prepaid tour. Obviously liked it since we're back. Very attractive, Eco friendly, really rather luxurious at a good price.   Lucy and Marisol are excellent, super friendly and helpful hosts. The room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was very generous and when we could not connect to wifi = we have an older computer which struggles at times with weak signals = they gave us their laptop for the evening and just asked us to give it back in the morning. We came bac - Rooms are spacious and breakfasts are ample with a toaster on each table (nice touch!). It is only 10-15 minute walk from bus station and 5 minute walk from erratic rock for T-P orientation. Lucy is wonderfully helpful. She will put out a thermos of hot water anytime of day for tea or coffee. They also store extra bags for those going on Torres-del-Paines trek.

  Staff does a great job of helping guests with needs. Many of them answered questions about the Torres del Paine park for me. One wonderful woman helped me to make sandwiches to take with us on our hike one day.
