We had the penthouse apartment. The space of having separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen and living room was fantastic for a family with 2 college-age kids + 1 5 year old. Great for families to split up and walk to the activities of interest, whether shopping, the park or the waterfront. Restaurants are close and the full kitchen gave us options. The rooftop deck and view were incredible. Also appreciate the free, secure parking and the quiet of being a resident for a weeken.

We have stayed down on harbour before and this was much much better and cheaper . Douglas is very nice and friendly. The place is very new and luxurious. Purple couch is beautiful and comfy. The views of the city and harbour any time of the day was spectacular. The kitchen had all the conveniences to cook a meal. I instantly felt at home - the feel was comfort and all my needs covered and more. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Spacious with every facility available down to the dishwasher. Perfect for a city break as really well located. It was a building that locals actually lived in. It made our experience so much more authentic and fun. Perfect downtown location, easy walk to everything. Apartment had everything we needed. Great view. The view from the penthouse apartment. Proximity to restaurants, shops and Stanley Park. Layout, convenience, privacy, all equipment and amenities are excellent. clean,well set out, great position, friendly staff, everything we needed. nice room, great view, good for family to stay. We love everything about Residence on Georgia. View was wonderful!. Location. not bad. The room was large and high floors have good views. Great location and wonderful to have own apartment. Well laid out suite and good facilities within. Nothing. We were there only three nights. They do not provide any filters or condiments for coffee. Also, there are no shampoos and conditioners in the bathrooms. The beds are small. The master bedroom has a small queen bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed. Nothing comes to mind - all questions and concerns were met with professional friendly staff. Nothing. The heating and cooling system. The portable aircon is a nuisance. Front desk was somewhat cumbersome. Bathroom light. staff is very unkindness at the infor desk not the office. That guy always said to me "i don't know " "it's not my business (distasteful) ", when i ask. i asked just where can i get more towel. that's easy -.- i guess that young guy is owner's cousin(?) :(((((((((((. A maintenance operation took out water service for about 12 hours, but that is not likely a regular feature. 1.Parking service is not good enough. No explanation of maid service. nothing.
