The house was so beautiful, quiet and the inkeeper was very nice. The tea and cookies were fun. free breakfast was very good and we had a pc in the room with internet connection.cleaness and friendly owner. During my stay at this hotel I appreciated the welcome and the support of the hotes, the service, the location etc. The room was very clean and comfortable ; the eating room as well.

Parking, location and hosts. very friendly and helpfull staff. They allowed me to use the front desk computer for internet access. Breakfast. Helpful staff, comfortable rooms, located on convenient bus route. The kindness of the staff. Convenient, good area for transportation, corner store and good choice of restaurants. Good breakfast. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave... but see below...very well kept. Reasonably convenient location to the old city at a moderate price; pleasant atmosphere; walking distance to some good restaurants; convenient to such mundane necessities such as pharmacies, convenience stores. Arrived late, when no staff were on duty, but welcome packet was as stated with all directions easy to follow. Continental breakfast nicely done. Hotel staff was very kind. Kind service. The staff were good, no surprises on the price when we got there.The hotel is "correct" as an inn. Clean, Nice breakfast.clean bed to sleep in. the receptionist was fair when i told her that the bathroom whch was supposed to be privated was in fact used by other people. She didn't charge me the private bathroom rate.a little too expensive for the size of the room. The breakfast-room was very small and all guests didn't fit and people had to wait outside which stress you when you're having your breakfast. The breakfast was from 7-9. It would be better to have beetween 8-10, when you're on holiday you don't get up at 7 to have breakfast...Minor points: Refrigerator didn't close properly so we wedged a case beside it. Wish we had known that there would be no cups or mugs in the room, as we would have brought some from home in order to use the microwave. noone told me the room is in a half basement / noone told me the bathroom was down the hall / noon warned me that it was freshly renovated - and painted / fresh pain makes me ill. As an elderly lady who had broken her big toe the week before my trip, I found the bathroom floor (smooth tile, no rubber backed bath mat) a bit treacherous when getting out of the shower. My daughter felt the floors were fine. Clearness of room was fair. Was on the expensive side for its' location (was not that close to Old Quebec, meaning it took 40 min to actually walk and so you had to take the bus) and quality. It is far from downtown, though there is a frequent bus.much noises from the neighbours. I paid for 2 days of Internet service and it was extremely poor. The computer was slow to load and Internet access dragged - It barely worked and took hours to download anything and the computer locked up a few times. We had ants all over the motel.the breakfast if it can be called that, the power went out for over 6 hours in our room. the room had a very peculiar odor and ther was a lot of noise from construction from the street in front of the hotel.
